Friendly staff. Food was excellent! Place was inviting and clean. Beware of asking for "Medium" spice. It is Hot for a Hoosier palate! However the spice is addicting. I kept going back for more until there was no more! So good! I will return! keep in mind that they close from 3-5. We got in right under the wire.

The best Thai I've ever had, hands down. Ignore the lady who said it is bad sit-down. They spend their time cooking quality food. I would rather have phenomenal food and walk three feet for a refill than terrible food with impeccable table service.

Excellent Thai and Laotian food at a fair price. The larb was spicy-hot and fragrant, and the shrimp salad quite tasty. Opted for the crab Rangoon at the last moment and were not sorry - better than any I've had with a delicious fruit sauce. Ms. Nelly talked to us for a bit about Lao and Thai cuisine and we tried a sample of the lovely pad thai - deliciously spiced noodles cooked to perfection. It was a pleasant surprise to find authentic Asian food at an unassuming strip mall location. We'll be back!

I normally get the fresh spring rolls with all my meals. They are extremely delicious.
I just tried the Larb and it reminded me of ceviche. It was incredibly tasty and I can't wait to get it again.
Also, the lady that runs the counter is nice. She reminds me of one of my aunts.

When I ask for as hot as you can make it and I have to add something to make it hotter that's a disappointment... This place was definitely not a disappointment! Food tasted fresh and delicious and clean. Choose your own level of heat but for me not many places will make it this hot so I am in love

This is the spot in town to to go to! Most recent visit they did not have my usual order but my back up order was excellent.
Like fresh food and don't mind the wait to get it this is the place to go!

Note - closed for lunch until further notice.
Wonderful place, genuine Thai fusion cuisine. Love the crab rangoon, fried rice and Pad Khing.

This place is awesome! Business hours are a lil hard to keep up with but the food is 2nd to none. Best crab rangoons Ive ever had

Few local Thai restaurants make genuinely spicy "native Thai" dishes. This place does if you ask for it. Delicious.

Noodle options and curry are traditional and good. And they have the best crab rangoon in Indy.

Best Thai food, very fresh non greasy and it taste home made. Very friendly service. Love it👌👍

Best Pad Thai I've had! Can't wait to try the rest of the menu.

This is our go to place for Thai on the west side. Heat levels are subjective but this is one of the few places around town that “Thai hot” is actually hot.

Had eaten here for lunch several times a few months back. They used to have several Lunch Specials priced around $4.95 that I thought were good but kind of skimpy portions. The other day I decided to stop in again for lunch and found that they now only had 1 lunch special each day and the price had changed to $6.95. I did not want the special for that day and my only other option was to order off the regular menu where most entrees were priced at $8.95 and up. I didn't feel like spending $9+ on lunch so I left.
The place never seemed very busy when lunch specials were $4.95 and when I pass by these days there is hardly any cars out front, so business can't be that good. Not sure why the menu offerings changed, but it does not seem like a smart business decision. I would not return for lunch since only 1 lunch special is available each day, I'd like to have more than a single choice, and don't want to spend $10 for lunch.

They do not deliver. Someone needs to update their listing to reflect this.

Seriously. Does cashew chicken sound like sweet and sour chicken to you....????? ...my to go order was a mess...called and she told me "well that is what I thought you said" ...not...let me make it right....tried you once...once and done!!!!

Delicious Thai Food and the service is excellent. My husband and I drive all the way from Martinsville to eat at Thai Fusion. We have tried other thai restaruants that are closer but none of them have the same level of quality of their food, or friendly service. Its worth the drive to us. The prices are reasonable as well. I definitely recommend this place.

Best Thai food close to Avon. The best food you will find is in a "hole in the wall" establishment. Amazing food! My husband and I go as much as we can. Our favorite is the Pad Thai. I get hot, not Thai hot, and he gets mild which I think is a 1. My teenagers prefer their chicken fried rice over Hirosaki and Fujiyamas. It's their favorite. The only place that comes even close to matching this food would be my Siam Square. But Thai Fusion is better. I am not sure what other people are talking about with the wait or never being able to get someone on the line, we have never had any issues and we've been there at least 10 times this year. Every time we go in, we have our food within 10 minutes, they bring it to our table, let us add our own spice, ask about refills. And that's with 4 other tables in there and 10 people in line. delivery may take an hour sometimes but so does Chinese food and pizza and this food is 100 times better. A great addition to the area! You are sadly missing out if you don't try this place!

Good food but horrible service and wait. I was bothered the lack of attentiveness to customers. In addition food is on the fatty side and didn't taste fresh. The chicken was dry. Cost doesn't equal the quality of food. Dining area is not appealing.

Great food, IF you have all night.. We are right down the street and were excited when this restaurant went in. The food is great! The wait times are long & good luck getting them on the phone, call and call, don't know what the problem is with their line but it happens too many times to be a coincidence. If business is good, get another phone line and hire some more employees. You are losing business.

Delicious! I'm hooked and go at least once a week. All of the curry dishes, phad thai and fried rice are delicious! Their lunch deals are hard to beat, but dinner is reasonable too. I like my good with a bit of spice, and order "3" spice which definitely leaves my eyes watering! My 2 year old gets noodles with no spice and does just fine. They definitely cook "for you" and your tastes. Great customer service and very clean. Hoping my husband wants it for dinner tonight!

So so good! fast and fresh!

Off the Chart !. Most excellent... Truthfully, I eat Chinese type carry-out and buffets occasionally. That was before I tried this place! After driving right by The Thai Fusion many many times, my son encouraged me to try it. Honestly, I have not been to buffet since. If I had 3 thumbs... No doubt... THREE THUMBS UP !!!
T.lowell23
Very nice & delicious. Today they have an amazing soft lit ambiance plus a actual candlelit table for the special day whether its for the special one or your kids they have it all prepared! And their food and service is always excellent...

They have a lot to learn!. I am a big fan of Thai food and was so glad this place opened so close to me. When they first opened, their customer service was awesome and their food was good. It wasn't great food like I have had at other Thai restaurants in town, but it was good and so darn close to home.
I called in a carryout order today, and the girl who took my order was just not listening to what I wanted. I ordered the Larb salad, and I asked for the price of the Tom Yum soup. Instead of her just giving me the price she added the soup to my order and gave me the total which was $20. ( Yeah, $20 for a SALAD and SOUP! That's another complaint) So then I told that I didn't want the soup, I just wanted to know how much it was. So then I ordered the fresh spring rolls instead. She then told me it would be ready in 20 minutes( yeah, I thought that it was a long time too for that small amount of food.)
When I get there to pick it up, there was one couple sitting and eating. No other customers. The girl that took my order rang me up and went to the back. My order was not ready. ( I gave them 30 minutes!). And then I noticed that they girl wrote on the box, "Veg Spring rolls". So I asked if those were "Veggie spring rolls and she said "yes". Apparently, they offer 3 types of spring rolls, which I wasn't aware of, and she never bothered to ask me which one I wanted on the phone. So they offered to make the one with shrimp and charged me for it even though it was clearly their fault! So I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for them to make it.I was thirsty so I ordered a drink. And I was charged for that as well. Had I been in any other restaurant, I would have not been charged for the drink knowing that I had to wait there the additional time. That is bad business, simple as that! The owner came out and said that she was happy she could make it right. By then I had already made up my mind that I was not going to return.
The other problem is that I ended up spending $18 on a salad and spring rolls! When I ordered this before, it came with rice on the side. and for the $2 I had to pay for the shrimp upcharge got me 2 little, bitty shrimp.
I am an organizer for an international food club with almost 300 members, and we dine all over Indianapolis, so I am very familiar with Thai food and have realistic expectations. I feel that Thai Fusion's food is mediocre at best and not a value. I would have better spent that money at McD and gotten more food for $18 and better customer service. In my opinion, Thai Fusion has a lot to learn about good customer service practices that ensure repeat customers.

Mediocre food at best. Slow service.

Re: Bad Delivery Experience & My Personal Experience. Possibly without realizing, you just gave Thai Fusion a thumbs up by stating that you received food by way of delivery, without paying! Shame on you for not being able to confirm through your credit card whether or not you paid. You seem to recall everything else! I stopped by to say that Thai Fusion is a great small business that has provided great food to me and my family again and again!

If you have a favorite restaurant that you visit twice weekly, shame on you for allowing a small incident like such to result in such bashing! I wonder how you treat your family & friends? Then you call back, to supposedly learn of the situation, only to get pissed when you clearly could have confirmed your credit card payment. It was only a few days prior since the last time you ordered because you order twice a week right? UGH

P.S. if you find in your heart to continue business with Thai Fusion, pay your bill as I am sure they would love to continue servicing you! If not, keep jumping from restaurant to restaurant in search for perfection, and good luck on finding it! Sometimes us customers should strongly consider respecting the decisions of new, small business.

On another note, THANKS THAI FUSION FOR COMING TO MY NEIGHBOROOD! I AM A NEIGHBOR THAT WILL HAVE YOUR BACK! I LOVE THE FACT THAT MY FOOD IS MADE TO ORDER, FRESH & VERY HEALTHY! I WILL VISIT MORE OFTEN TO HELP MAKE UP FOR THE CUSTOMER YOU MAY HAVE LOST BECUASE THAT IS THE GOD FEARING PERSON I AM!

Bad Delivery Experience. Thai Fusion was one of our favorite places to eat and we especially valued their delivery service. Sometimes even using it 2x per week. Each time we pay over the phone by giving our debit card number to the person taking the order. The last time food was delivered they did not bring a receipt for the payment. My only concern with this was that the delivery person wouldn't be able to receive a tip. I asked him to add two dollars to the receipt when he got back to the restaurant. This was close to a month ago.

I called to place an order tonight and once I gave our address, the person handed the phone to the manager. She immediately accused me of not paying them for our last order. I was very confused by this, because I totally remembered the delivery person not having a receipt when he got here. She said that she sent him back to our house once they realized our card hadn't been charged and that we didn't answer the door. I told her that she could have called us or left a note to let us know. We had no idea that we didn't pay. She kept telling me that he rang the doorbell. I continued to tell her that we were completely unaware of this and never heard a doorbell (could've been outside in the backyard, ran an errand, etc.). She told me I would need to clear my tab now or they wouldn't deliver to us. I explained that we had ordered many times and never had an issue. If they didn't charge our card, then they should not have delivered the food. I am not going to look back through my bank statement to determine whether or not I was debited $22. We order from them so often that it would be hard to say for sure if we were charged or not. To me, this is just bad business. They lost a loyal customer by being rude and not taking responsibility for their own mistake. If we had only ordered with them once then maybe I would understand. Too bad that wasn't the case.

Good Pad Thai, broad Asian menu and reasonable prices.

I went there today since I was in the neighborhood and saw the sign. I wanted to try the food since I am rarely in that area, but I was a bit short of cash since I had put gas in the truck earlier and was a little late for the lunch special. I explained my situation to the cashier and thanked him for his time and said I would try again next time I was in the area. He said he would go ahead and hook me up with the lunch price this time so I could try their food. I was glad he did because the food was very good and I really enjoyed it. I like my food "Thai hot" and they gave me a little container of extra peppers and that did the trick. I will definitely eat there again next time I am in the neighborhood.

As a loyal Thai Lanna customer I reluctantly decided to try Thai Fusion because of all of the positive reviews on here...unfortunately I wish I hadn't. I got take out from Thai Fusion tonight and compared to Thai Lanna the food was just "okay." The Thai chicken wing appetizer was missing the chili sauce accompaniment, the vegetable tempura was slightly tasteless and the beef fried rice contained nothing except for rice, green onions and some pieces of beef. It was a truly lackluster experience. I will never stray from Thai Lanna for Thai food in Avon again! If you like Thai Fusion make sure to give Thai Lanna a try as well for comparison. You won't be sorry that you did!

Loved it. I had dinner for 8 delivered and everyone loved it! The food was fresh and hot. I highly recommend.

We LOVE this new Avon addition!!!. My family and I have gone here about four or five times since they opened in February and so far I haven't had a single thing I didn't love! I'm working through the menu. Love the Yom Tum, all the curries, fresh veggie rolls, and everything else we've ordered I can't remember! I normally hate sweet and sour chicken, but they have a beautifully flavored version that is lovely. If you like crab rangoon, theirs will NOT disappoint.

Great people, great food and delivery to my house

This place has the best crab Rangoon, hands down. I had the pad Thai and my husband had the pad ped. Both were delicious, and both were made to our spice comfort levels. Friendly and helpful service. We'll definitely be back!

Best yellow curry I have had in the US. Simple but delicious! Great staff and amazing service. Will definitely be back!! Pad Kei Mau was also outstanding, best lunch idea in town.

Soo Delish!!. The service was good and they made sure I had refills and that my food was to my liking. I had my food at a level spice of 3(medium) and its very good, like a thai version of sweet n sour!

Best Thai Food. I have at many Thai places all over the USA
And Thai Fusion is one if the best. The pad Thai
Has great flavor and the Tom Yum Gai
Is the best soup in Indiana. The fresh Spring Rolls
Are just that FRESH. Made while you wait.
If you haven't eaten here yet .....What are you
Waiting for? You won't be disappointed....

I wanted to like the food but it was terrible. The Papaya salad had too much fish sauce. The Thai wing still had the remains of chicken feathers. The sea food curry had imitation crab, over cooked squid and some nasty bit of mystery food that I have been burping up for the last two hours. My fellow dinning friend had a mussuman curry that was closer to a Cincinnati style chili than curry. Over all the sauces were very oily and cheap tasting. The one dish did have fresh basil and green beans. Just not good

I really like this place, the staff is friendly and are always making sure you have what you need. I eat here at least once a week or more! The lab is awesome. I really recommend this joint to all goers!!!!

This place is awesome!. Staff - SO nice. Food - SO good. Also, large portions. Great value for the price. We had chicken pad thai and chicken pho. Pho broth was very flavorful it there was a lot of it for about 9 bucks. Free refills and great interaction with the owners. They are happy to help you decide by asking what your normally like and make recommendations. Heard other diners say it was the best they'd had since visiting Thailand. Chicken Pad Thai was a 3 (on a scale of 1-5), which was a good spice level for the average American palate. If you like spicy food, maybe go to a 4. Plan to go back many more times and try other menu options!

Also, they deliver within a 7 mile radius of their location! Definitely plan on ordering in sometime. Please support this great addition of Thai fusion food on the west side of Indy. Great mom/pop place.

OMG. The food is great and the people there are very nice and welcoming!!! Try it thai food is very tasty.

Last week after lunch we stopped at a little bar on West 16th street for a beer. There we met Dawn who told us about this joint. She was very excited about the place,so we had to check it out. The place is pretty small. It is located in a small commercial space next to same sort of movie rental place. According to Nellie, the owner that generates a bit of business for here. People order food and then go get a movie. Sounds like a plan to me. We had a nice talk with Nellie after lunch. She is a very charming woman. Knowledgeable and cordial. And she is comfortable with her own food so she is more than happy to suggest other Thai food spots. They have the menu on the wall, which is always convenient. They also have selected items as $4.95 lunch specials. We decided on the big board menu. First we ordered a vegetable spring roll for $3.95 and deep-fried tofu for $4.95. The Spring roll was huge. Even cutting it in half gave us 2 pieces easily 5 inches long. Possibly because it was so long but it didn’t seem to be wrapped as tightly as others I have tried. Of course that in no way detracted from the taste and the freshness of the roll. It was very nice and the sauce served with it was outstanding. A sauce like this is served with a lot of rolls I have tried, however this seem to be a cut or two above the others. I am not a big fan of tofu. I must admit that I enjoy cooking with it though. I liked the creaminess of the inside, it just had very little flavor of it’s own. But it was a nice contrast of texture. Pat was more concise today than normal. I know he is a big fan of fried tofu, since it is a common item on his house menus. I just don’t have the requisite knowledge to compare the 2 different textures. So now I am curious about the difference. I was compelled by the pineapple and bell pepper listed in the ingredients of the Pad Prew Waan. It is a type of sweet and sour using a sweet chile as a sweetening agent. It was good. A great array of texture, with a spicy sweetn
