Got there around 1pm and they were packed. We're super friendly just very busy! Good portions listened when I said very little mayo and mustard. Most subways want your sandwich swimming in it
I work in Long term care and I have gone two afternoons in a row for a resident. The same young man has been working both times. Today there was a young lady working, as well. It was almost 5:30 pm and my resident ordered five foot long clubs... That takes quite a bit of time to make, and there were other customers. This young man never seemed frustrated at all. He was soft spoken and smiled. The only problem is that I had no cash to tip him... I will next time I go there, I assure you. Both he and his teammate are excellent in customer service!! Thank you for how you responded to a very challenging order!!
Quiet, friendly, but very cold inside the building

I came to this location to see my nephew Adrian M. I was waited on by Kat. She was very friendly, efficient, and polite. She is training my nephew and doing a great job!
We often don’t recognize the good in something people often write reviews when they are mad. But today I have to recognize I was impressed. I came for lunch to this subway location and there was only one person working, with a line of 9 people! He did great it’s just ridiculous he didn’t have any help. They definitely need to stress how important it is to be on time to your job! There’s no reason a person has to be stressing so bad with such a long line for someone that is lazy enough to not make in on time!
It's a black sweet young lady that helps me , she's had great customer service hope to edit this post with her name . I went today .. went to 21st Arlington got steak bread never again .. this place bread always fresh.
I am surprised this subway still exists! Across the street from drunks hanging out all day, but now there is a decent carwash so maybe it can survive until the city closes the liquor store...
