Arby's was great tonight. Ordered jalapeno peppers and a beef and cheddar. It was ready, fresh and hot.

Yesterday I ordered a meal that was incorrect. I didn't get a receipt. I took a picture. I went in today and explained the situation, showed the photo. Terrance said "Oh. No.", then promptly replaced my order, free of charge. This was an unexpected delight and I feel the team needs acknowledged for
I went through the drive thru and ordered my food, paid and went home. Opened the bag and wrong food completely, so I called and talked to the manager. He said he would fix the order so I go back and he did. He made it even better. Everything was super fresh and tasted better than ever.

I think Arbys is underrated in the world of fast food. Their specials and coupons are terrific. The food is consistently fresh and tasty. If you are on a budget you can get a great small meal or snack for under $5 during their promo hours from 2 to 5.
I like it because I go through drive thru window almost every Sunday. They don't offer diet mountain dew at the window so they get it in the lobby area for me. I used to go inside but it's to hard for my mom to walk since she 92. I appreciate their extra effort for my mom and me.
I always go for the dollar sliders and I have always got the freshest buns and hottest food. Today the girl at the drive through window was so sweet. I’ll always go back for those slider buns. They’re addictive
Went to this location at noon today for the first time. The lady I ordered from was patient and accurate. Service was quick, friendly, and I was in and out of the drive through in 5-7 minutes.
