The drive-through person was very polite. Their drive-through was packed but they were so polite in the parking lot looks pretty clean.. the parking lot looks pretty clean . we made sure to complement the guy that was so polite to the speaker. His smile was worth 1000 words. Kindness goes along way.. it always looks good on the business when the guy looks like they’re enjoying their job.

Caramel Frappes are reasonably priced and so good. Just wishing the consistency was there every time. Sometimes ice chunky instead of slushy smooth.

Ate evening drive-thru visit and they made fresh decaf coffee for me. I mean little Ole me they did that for. That's as special as it get in my book. I really had the craving and it was satisfied. I will return to this place it on the southside of Greenwood.

Fast service. Super friendly employees. Whenever we go through the drive-thru the person taking our order is very well-mannered and it is appreciated. Our order is usually correct 99% of the time. Which is saying a lot.

This McDonald's stays busy most the time they are fast and service is great. They may have some one off moments but don't hold that against them if there are 20 cars in line.
They seem to handle rush really well in the morning and afternoon when dinner time hits They can be a little lax but not so much where you are angry.
P.s. you shouldn't get angry anyway its fast food 😒 🙄
But they keep this location clean Inside and outside and the staff have never been rude some weird order issues with the app has happen but never in person orders in the drive through or inside. So for a McDonald's this is a 4 out of 5 location.

They always hustle for customers... the food is still McDonalds and now they are not carrying some of the things that made it a great place to stop which is disappointing, but it is still a quick run through for fresh hot coffee.

This McDonalds seems like they never have any lines in the drive thru. Even during busy times I have never had to wait in a line and this McD's is in the busiest part of Greenwood. I would expect to have a line or two out the WAZZOO. But have never had to wait very long at all.
THE ONLY issue I have with McDonalds, (this is not a problem with only this location, I have had the issue with many) Here is the problem, when I order a smoothie *which can cost $5 and over sometimes* many times the person making the smoothie will literally hand me a smoothie that's three inches down from the lid. I'm sorry, I know there should be a space between the lid and the drink, maybe a quarter of an inch at most in my opinion. However 3 inches where the cup is the largest. This could be like missing half of the smoothie. And honestly how do you even bring that up to someone working the drive thru line at McDonalds.
They probably barely cared about your food for the 3 seconds they had in their hands. They are really not interested in your smoothie that's a little under filled. Most of the time I just drive off irritated promising to never buy a McDonalds smoothie again. But I have made that promise hundreds of times and here I sit with one in my mitts.
Oh almost forgot. . . really McD's. . . The $3 for a lemonade McDonalds. Don't you all have that in the drink station? Why is this 3 times the amount of other drinks. I'm sure no teenagers are sitting in the back with blisters from the lemon press. The drink isn't any better than the fountain drink.

The line here sometimes looks long but it moves quickly. The person taking the order at the speaker box never makes a mistake, and I usually see the same lady at the pickup window who always remembers I like a straw to stir my coffee. One of the smoother running McDonald's on the South side.

Kiosk ordering only. Being rude with people about the kiosk at that. And the manager... rude as hell and needs his ass knocked down a peg or 2. Danny was a pleasure and doing his job. Too bad the manager was a douche to him.

Yesterday I asked for bacon egg and cheese biscuit on a regular bun and still got it on a biscuit with the special grill ticket that said “sub bun” on it. Today I asked for coke and got Dr Pepper. Geez.

Your employees are so rude. I was on the drive thru with the line backed up. I sat at the speaker for nearly 20 Mins. Not a single person came to the speaker to even tell me to please hold. I finally pulled up to the window when it was my turn. She told me a total for someone else. I politely said, “ Oh I still need to order because I was ignored at the speaker!”
She rolled her eyes and said, “ Yeah our line is backed up because of things like this!”
Ummmm. Excuse me? Maybe if someone would do their job even remotely right then I wouldn’t have sat there for 20 mins being ignored.
Then I finally get up to the second window and as usual my order was wrong. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to take and order and make a plain sandwich. It’s plain. Nothing on it?!? Wouldn’t that be easier? I’m not even upset about that. I don’t appreciate being blamed for your crappy service and rude employees.

Seems like for the last few months (6 to 7), they have dropped the ball. Either orders are wrong, or food is lukewarm or old (almost cold fries that are hard, buns that are hard/stale). I also had gone on the 17th (yesterday) and got 3 milkshakes that after about 7 minutes turned almost fully liquid, which BTW isn't right. Plus they had a weird taste, so we tossed them. There goes $8...
