I got prompt, polite service, the food was incredible even though my sandwich barely had mayonnaise. I ate it without it because it was that good. My server was was polite and thorough. It was by far the best Steak and Shake I have eaten at.

I always go by at night on the 3rd shift, and the staff is amazing. The night cook is the best. He deserves a raise. Always hot, fresh, and accurate. Plus he's a cool dude. 10/10 will go back. Thank you all

Steak 'n Shake is pretty awesome. While ordering at the digital kiosk may seem impersonal, we appreciated being able to take our time and ensure our order was correct before submitting it. The kiosks allowed us to get exactly what we wanted. There was an abundance of parking available, which is always a plus. The staff were friendly. The restaurant was in a good, clean state which we noticed as soon as we walked in. The highlight of the visit though was undoubtedly the delicious food. I opted for a double bacon burger with fries, and it did not disappoint. The burger was juicy and flavorful, and the fries were hot, crispy, and perfectly salted. Overall, Steak 'n Shake delivered on all fronts - convenience, ambiance, service, and most importantly, quality food. With options for everyone, reasonably priced food, and a welcoming environment, Steak 'n Shake gets five stars from me.

Your baby boomers do not like kiosk. Would like to be waited on. I believe it would help them gain back their popularity. Very little one-on-one experience. What happened to The Smiling Faces

It would have been way better but the guests need to learn to order their own food from the computers. I didn't know I now worked at Steak n Shake. Please let me know where I turn in my time card. Thanks and have a blessed dad.

Just ain't what it used to be. The price is decent food is good. Back in the day, when they had servers, it was always busy. Very few people seem to come nowadays. If you don't like crowded places and you don't mind ordering from the kiosk, then this is a place for you.

It takes some getting use to doing the ordering by yourself. This establishment is very clean. Service was great. Food was fresh and well prepared.

The food was very good and the prices are even better. The service was mixed, however. My order came out fairly quickly but the girl who brought it out acted like she didn't want to be at work today.

For now, drive thru & curbside service only. Mike, the drive-thru cashier is very bubbly & friendly. I ordered a #6, Western BBQ & my husband ordered a 7 by 7 add bacon. They forgot to add the bacon but when we returned, Mike was on top of it. Thank you, Mike. Don't forget to ask for free fries & heads up, they no longer have mushrooms. My husband says he'll drive all the way from West side just to eat here because of the service & good, fresh, seasoned food.

Disappointment: no mushroom swiss any longer? Good: the butter burger is quite good with pickle and onions. It needed mustard. Had to ask for ketchup. Got only one per order. Still good burgers and fries. Shakes are a cut above other fast food.

Submitted my order on the screen. My number was 106, number 116, 109 were served before me. Right after I submitted it my order a lady announced, as a group of people entered the restaurant (over the speaker system) that they were not going to rush and she asked that you bear with her. She then yelled the numbers and names of the completed orders extremely loudly. And in addition to all this, it took 25 minutes to get a hamburger and french fry.
