Big shout out to Shay!!!! She is the sweetest and always moving and pleasant! She needs top dollar bc she makes sure you have things quick and pleasant about it!

Stuff on the value menu is very cheap; the rice and bean burritos also don't look too unhealthy for fast food. Value menu breakfast burritos might not be as healthy, but are quite good; unfortunately, Taco Bell doesn't open as early as their close competitor...
The first store we visited was closed, again, so I came here with a chip on my shoulder. My order was taken and filled in good time. The taco was actually fuller than usual, that was a plus. Friendly employees, clean store, good service and food as a little better than I expected.

I ordered taco salad and felt it needed to be redone I met the cashier w not anger and she was very nice they replaced it and no problem!!! I Would definitely return
Went through drive up. Service was fast. The lady working drive thru was polite. I was never asked what type of sauce I would like and there were no sauces in bag( my only complaint) I ordered three hard shell beef tacos, that's what I had in bag, food was hot, shells were fresh, overall I would rate it a very good fast food experience as far as good quality and freshness goes. It seems like since pandemic that fast food quality has suffered in my opinion. I know it screwed up ordering inventory, inventory on hand, etc. But their main objective at the very least is to make sure their product is fresh and not serve food with stale bread/bun that crumbles apart in your hand. My opinions of course.
Probably the best tacos I have had from Taco Bell in years…. My husbands chalupa’s were so full it was spilling over.. he very much enjoyed that!!! The employee running window was very friendly… thank you Taco Bell employees..
A young Lady named Vana working the drive-thru completely lightened this place up. She’s direct, prompt, suggestive for better pricing and she didn’t mess up a single thing in my order or miss any items in my bag. She even went over my order to ensure everything was correct before pricing, paying, or handing me my order. The people really do make the business and it seems much better with better people.
They finally got my order right. My food was hot. The service was great.
I drive to the 38th and Post location, tho there's a TB closer to my home, because they usually get my order right. And they are open. We order everything special. Almost no one likes everything on an item that comes on it... Someone is minus sour cream; someone else is minus tomatoes, etc. They get it right, more often than not. And they stay open during most of the posted hours. Others close whenever.
