Open concept dining with high ceilings and lots of tv's and views of the city. Ordered salmon spinach pasta; it was creamy and flavorful. Ordered the pork tenderloin sandwich with broccoli. Great pit stop or pregame in downtown Indianapolis.

I enjoyed my experience at The District Tap, but the service was a bit slow, and they could improve on clearing dishes promptly. The food, however, was satisfactory, making it a decent overall dining experience.

We found District Tap last year before doing a stadium tour at Lucas Oil. It was fantastic then, later that weekend we ate at the other location and it was equally as fantastic! When we came back to Indy this weekend it was a must do and it didn’t let down. Service and food were phenomenal! From the soft pretzel appetizer to the main course of Cajun Mac n cheese, pizza and buffalo chicken wraps it was all amazing! Highly recommend District Tap for a great family atmosphere and equally as good food! Wish they had one in Cincinnati! Oh and bring back the trio dip appetizer!!!! (Though our server was nice enough to still put it together for us!)

We sat at the bar and the bartenders were really nice and attentive. I ordered the creole pasta which I’ll definitely order again next time! Plenty of shrimp and sausages were added. The yeungling lager paired well with the pasta too. Don julio margarita was also on tap!

We walked in with a group of 8 on busy Friday night. As luck would have it, we were able to sit right away at a long hightop table by the bar. Their menu has a great variety of food and drinks of all sorts! We ordered several different cocktails and a few appetizers. We really enjoyed our time, even while waiting for the food to come. They have numerous TVs so everyone was able to watch and stay entertained if needed. The overall vibe and service here is great. I definitely recommend the Bacon Wrapped Asparagus and Oven Roasted Cauliflower. Yum!

Indianapolis knows how to cook pork! The pork-chop with the bacon wrapped asparagus was amazing. Do yourself a favor and substitute the jazmin rice for the white cheddar mashed potatoes. Very friendly staff on every interaction: was called honey, sweetie, love and handsome (try doing that in San Francisco and see how you get immediately “cancelled”)

We were in town for the 2023 Indy 500 and had a wonderful experience here-almost wish we could've been here for a football game or basketball game-this bar/restaurant was perfect. Ivan was a great server and helped us out with the menu. Highly recommend the Hoosier Daddy Breaded Tenderloin-an Indy classic. Food came out nice and hot and on time. The atmosphere was great and prices were great. We will be back next time we find ourselves in Indy.

American sports bar in downtown with great atmosphere. Great substantial food, friendly staff, with good selection of beers including local brews, all reasonably priced. I went on a Saturday evening and not surprisingly it was busy and took time to get a table, but staff took details and offer to call when the table is ready. The only issue was once we had a table, it took a long time to get served for both food and drinks, which would be easily resolved with more staff. Otherwise great visit and recommended.

We just came here for a night cap after a concert and this was the closest place in pouring rain. I was pleasantly surprised! When we came in the hostess said we had 15 minutes to order food but the bar tenders were taking food orders the entire time we were there. We had the club sandwich and a side of Mac and cheese. Both were really good! Drink service was great!
