Kalakutah Republic Grill - Indianapolis - Photo album

Absolutely love this place. Arrived a little after 10am and it didn’t take long to realize that I was about to eat like it was Thanksgiving. The food was delicious and the spicy sauce they give you on the side is perfect so you can make it as spicy as you want it. The young lady up front was patient
We live an hr and 37mins away, yet we still drive here atleast twice a week . The food is amazing 🤩 as always my favorite is the egusi soup and fufu with fish or chicken and one egg . my husband and baby gets the jollof and mix meat with plantains and 2 eggs . the food that you'll have to come back
I've fallen in love with Nigerian food. Kalakutah is a fantastic find. I would have given them 4.5 stars if possible. The food was fresh and delicious. The facility was clean. The prices were reasonable. The service was quick and friendly. I'd highly recommend Kalakutah and hope to return soon.
Food was amazing!!!! Nice portion sizes and an authentic feel in general! Will recommend this restaurant. Drove all the way from Dayton and it was well worth the drive 😋 I ordered Egusi and pounded yam, with some meat pies!
I’m a fan of west African cuisine. If you’re looking for good original tasting Nigerian food. This is a great spot. Service can be slow. But the Egusi is good. The jollof is great, the goat meat is great.
My first time to have West African food, and it was great. Greens and fufu were especially delicious. Family had the goat and a spicy red sauce with boiled eggs which they liked as well. Glad we stopped here on our way through Indianapolis.
I've now gotten food from here about 4 times and have enjoyed most of it each time. When I was a kid my family lived in Nigeria for 5 years, so it has been fun to get some of those foods again. The Suya and meat pies are really good. Some of my family got one of the soups one time and they enjoyed
Simply the best 👍African restaurant in Indianapolis ..... No Cap. All Foods well prepared to meet your taste/cuisine Experience...
I decide to try the food of my ancestors and pounded yams and Efo Riro was amazing. I definitely will order again, I'm sorry it took me so long to try it!
Y'all are INCREDIBLE!!! I was only recently introduced to African cuisine; homemade by a friend who is a new immigrant, so my expectations were HIGH!!! You did NOT disappoint...the quality, flavor, and experience were all top-notch!!! If love and passion were spices, just know that i could taste the
The chef is amazing and is very good at recommending dishes. First time here and I really liked the food. Everything was good. They also have a bar, and a very chill vibe. Would recommend.
That’s my favorite food and I can’t wait to get back there and buy another good food
