Better off ordering it from DoorDash. Took almost an hour to get to me and had to hurry up to eat it because my break was almost up. Order was correct this time.

Ordered 3 sandwiches for delivery at 12:07pm today. Called to check on delivery at 12:47pm and spoke to individual that took our order. She stated that the order was made and that deliveries were delayed due to only one driver but 2nd delivery driver was on his way. We received our order at 1:28pm,

When she opened up her sandwich it was wrong even though my ticket says 11 when I took it up to the counter a girl looks at me and says well you got the number 4 and I said no we didn't and she rolled her eyes the

Yet again go to this location. Yet again they are unable to make a sandwich correct. No special order, I get a standard item that does not come with mayo. Yes the sandwich is slathered in it. No more Indianola Jimmy John's for me.

1hr wait time for a pick up order. After the first 20 minutes I went in to the store to check the ETA and they were just printing the order ticket and said it would be another 30 minutes. I normally wouldn't be this upset if it were a one time occurrence but this is the norm for this location.
