They said we don't have shrimp. Im pregnant and was craving a shrimp taco lol. Customer service not good and my tostada salad was skimpy. Wont be going back to this location

I'd just got my order placed on Postmates. My order was incomplete (missing nachos) and I was charged for it. My delivery postmates guy left my food on the wrong place. Please Pollo Loco staff read fully your order received! I forgot to mention I did contact the specific location Century Blvd., Inglewood and their phone is not accepting voice mails and no one picked the phone. Being at home with 2 sick babies is not easy. Also, my order was incomplete bc the beans were missing.

Although sometimes the wait is long, I always have a good customer service experience here.. I will say that that wait a lot of times is due to it being overcrowded and then people not knowing what the heck they want once they get to the counter...
Um..have you been in line for over 10 minutes you should know what you want by the time you get up there!
But considering how everything is a hassle with all of the Covid restrictions they still give great customer service and the food is good..
