Got the Santa Barbara Char (lettuce wrapped) and the meat was not cooked thoroughly. I called number to location but I couldn't reach the manager. Didn't want to bother going back and waste even more time, so I ENDED UP COOKING MEAT AT HOME. I loved coming here but this keeps happening quite often.
UPDATE: Went to 'The Habit' to give them a second chance but the same thing happened..I didn't believe it!! Ordered WELL DONE and got what you see on the picture. The burger patty was not even cooked medium-well just burnt on the outside and pink on the inside. They need to seriously monitor this location..I will NEVER be back.

This place and the employees are friendly and quick service, I recently had a problem with the sweetness of my shakes which I'd never experienced before, and the employee was new so I understand learning so I brought it to the Managers attention and it is being addressed as I email. So I'm happy! In addition to the burgers I love the onion rings and shakes.. especially chocolate they remind me of the days of old.

Thing I didn't like was the sweet shrimp which I forgot
To say to the server that I don't like sweet shrimp. So you can definitely tell your server if there's anything you don't like so they can inform the chef

If you don't have a car. You cannot get service. Which is extra annoying because they had this promotion were if you buy a drink you get a free burger when they hit 1 Million subscribers. Well, not if you don't have a car. So, the Habbit doesn't think that customers that don't drive matter..Kind of elitist, wouldn't you say.
& before they say pandemic guidelines a.s.o. This pandemic has been going on for 8 month. Plenty of time to build a walk up window. That keeps your staff safe & its good for your business.
& no, it doesn't let you order in the app & pick up.

The burger was interesting, Russian style. The patty isn't as juicy as expected ,the lettuce is what made the burger have flavor. But still not a bad burger just didn't quite meet the expectations I had in mind. The gloves provided a clean and easy eating experience .
