The food is as good as any other El Pollo Loco, but the service was just ok. I could barely understand what the person was saying over the microphone. Other than that, everything was fine.

I don't know who needs to be fired but when i got there this morning the restaurant was still closed, even though it clearly says open at 10am on the door and on google, there was a line outside the door and the drive through , WE ALL LEFT!!!! Upset and hungry. Unacceptable. New management seriousl
Why would they be closed at 3:30 pm. I go in because the drive thru is blocked. There's chicken on the grill but they are closed? Don't want my business I guess.
