They now have dairy free icecream and healthy food items. Always busy at drive through but they work quickly. Tiger milk bubble tea tastes amazing.

Love most the people that worked here rarely have ever had a issue what so ever. Sadly this morning I am almost speechless. I had went threw drive thru no one in line ahead or behind me ordered everything bagel *lightly toasted* made my self very clear politely w/cream cheese and a order of hash bro

I normally never have anything bad to say about this dunkin, but I didn’t think I’d get a burnt bagel. I asked for a double toasted, not burnt. Lol. I’ll continue to come to this dunkin but will check my bagels next time.

Edit: Update. I was here on May 17th at 10AM and was attended by a whole new staff. Much better Dunkin’ Donuts! Earned 5 stars from me. I’ve never had a huge problem with the coffee or food here but the new set of employees in the recent weeks have been awful. They always seem upset about something

The employees are rude and serve the people in the lobby last according to a female employee there who told me that THEY PRIOTIZE DRIVE THU FIRST. So I emailed corporate about the situation I had with the employees. I love Dunkin but man these employees here were not it. Just go to the Dunkin inside

We said our order in the drive through then they changed people and made us say all of it again. Once we got to the window they messed up our drinks and forgot our donut. The people were rude and have dirty looks. I’ll never go there again

Came thru drive thru last night around 10:15 pm was gonna order a banana split and order something for my 2 year old son as I asked the girl she gave me a attitude on wanting to make the banana split so I told her nm and I will go take my business somewhere else where ! There seems to be NO improvement in customer service at this location! None off the staff recognize customers when they stand in line to place an order. Only drive thru customers matter here!!🥺😩 Have walked out twice!!
