Review Taco Bell - Iola

Well it's 6:00 Saturday evening and I arrive at Taco Bell before I could even get to the counter the person working the counter asked for my order which I gave it to him specifically and he charged me specifically however there are six employees at that time but I can count there are 11 filthy tables not to mention another gentleman and his two children are there not only did they mess up my order but they messed up his order it clearly stated on my order it was for here they made it to go while standing there watching them make my order said person making my order says oops I put the wrong cheese on without realizing she messed up the order to begin with she just adds different cheese to it folds it up. I ordered two soft Taco Supremes and a small drink I got what you could call to standard soft tacos which had no lettuce no tomatoes no sour cream just cheese and meat when I took it back she had to ask what was wrong with her co-worker therefore she said nothing they fixed it they brought me my food. It's been 6 months since I come back here and the staff is changed the help is gone downhill and the place is a disaster the floors a mess there's cheese all over the floor in the lobby every table I wanted to set it had either sprinkle cheese or liquid cheese or hamburger on them so I doubt that I will be back

They are the worse and want to argue about your order not being right and want to fight over it. The worse customer service ever.

Took 9 years to get through drive thru. To put it in perspective, I ordered $50 in food at pizza hut and ONE chalupa at Taco Bell, you guessed it, my Pizza order finished first. Silly.

Love the location and the service but Where is the meat?? See that meat in the center that is all the meat (2) tiny pieces. you get in a XXL grilled stuffed steak Burrito. $25.00 on something that was mostly refried beans and rice. I can make that at home much cheaper. We travel all over the United States and have never had this happen until today.

It's okay I guess. It's a Taco Bell, what do you really expect. The restaurant was clean, staff seen friendly enough. Food was hot yeah that's about all I can say.

Good place, especially when you're looking for something that gives you the most bang for your buck.

Remind me why I went here again?? Ohhh yah, it was time to cleanse my bowels... the food tasted ok. It was not spectacular or anything. What fun little gift comes along with your meals? A free system purge!

I have eaten here for years, until recently their service was standard and speedy. Tonight our cashier not only was rudely hurrying us while we attempted to decide what we want but then completely messed my order up. The service here has become sloppy and sub par. Would not reccomend. They have permanently lost my business.
