Sandwich was good, everything was great. However, they had a line going out the door, and only one young girl working. Rating 5 simply just because of how hard she was working to get all the orders taken care of. Really shouldn't be in there alone at the beginning of lunch, but she was doing pretty
I got two drinks and still had 2 dollars in change, I asked for my change back and the lady walked off with my money. After leaving the subway she returned to the desk and just laughed at me.
I wouldn't have had a problem if the drinks were good. The tea was just as spoiled as the cashier.
Husband went to subway on Saturday night and was rudely told that they were serving the last 3 people ahead of him and no one else. This is how customers are lost. I keep going and hoping things will get better, but they don't. The workers just don't seem to care! Things need to get better or people
Younger female employee that looked like she hated her job decided to be argumentative with me over an option on their menu, calling me a liar. Then continued to made a terrible sandwich. If you dont like your job, just quit instead of making subway look bad.
New management is terrible! One person closes at night. That right there should be a safety violation. I know for a fact that three months in a row in the past subway has failed their health inspection for food safety. No one is trained properly. There was a money embezzlement case a few months back
The fat lady behind the counter needs to quit flirting with customers in front of theyre wives an not adding to much chicken which was horrible it doubt ill will ever go back to that restaurant again
Subway in Iola is a joke, they are extremely slow, and rarely get an order correct. Typically try to avoid coming here, and most of the time if you stay it's not worth trying to wait - - 10-15 minutes per person on a fast day here.
They were really slow, I was the only person in there and it still took them 10 minutes to ask what I wanted! To top that off, the lady that helped me had the worst customer service ever but that’s not the first time she has treated customers poorly when I have been In there!
