UPDATE: This location, and the company in general, have knocked it out of the park with this wagyu burger, I don't think I'll ever eat a McDonald's or Burger King burger again without thinking of the bold flavor of this, first time ever, Arby's burger! The picture doesn't do justice to the flavor, but who buys a burger just to look at it?
I can't even compare this experience with my Arby's (Lowell) experience. The food fantastic, the presentation was even great, which is sometimes hard for Arby's food since it general wants to slide apart. My sandwich didn't have a single item or of place, it was hot and fresh. I would highly recommend this location, especially when compared to others Arby's restaurants. Thanks Arby's team for a spectacular lunch! Keep up the great work!
Every time we come here the food is hot. We have not had a complaint (so far) from this location π€π½

I ordered 5fish meal but only received 4. I returned and they gave me 1 more. Should not have happened that way.

My boyfriend &β I go to Arbys fairly often and the customer service is usually terrible to say the least. Today was completely different thanks to Katie! It was so refreshing to finally speak to someone who seemed like they care about their job &β their customers. Giving this review 5 stars based solely on her!
They might forget the the condiments but the food is definitely worth having to ask a second time.. Keep up the excellent Service Crew.. Excellence!!
Kinda typical fast food. Staff is friendly but it is getting so expensive to even buy fast food anywhere around.
Good food, but they are not helpful or friendly. She shorted me my curly π and rushed me at the order speaker. The staff change is very noticeable and not good.

I got their fresh market sandwich , yummy has apples , grapes , pecans, lettuce, and Cubed chicken very tasty

Arby's has always been my favorite fast food! I've rarely had any issues at the Ionia location. They always get my order right and usually they're pretty fast.
