Is this the greatest middle eastern food you'll ever eat? No. Is it very serviceable middle eastern food at a nice locally-owned spot with friendly staff and an emphasis on community service? Absolutely. You should eat here immediately and help spots like this survive the pandemic. Get the Morroccan salad.

Oasis Falafel it's a fantastic place! Get the lamb pita if you're a meat eater. Their falafel is fantastic as well. I like to order in advance over the phone because the line can get pretty long at lunch time, but they sure can crank it out. I wish they'd open one in Richmond VA, so I didn't have to drive 16 hours for their Pita Chips!

OUTSTANDING. This place is amazing. The food is so good and fresh. Even though the fried chicken sandwich isn't on the menu (it should be) it is the best chicken sandwich in America. The homemade chips are amazing, get the Dy no sauce with them. I have not had a bad meal here ever.

High quality TASTEY food, skilled staff, fast service. Sultans Plate FOR LIFE. I've ordered in or eaten there well over 100 times-10 times in the past year- and it's been a consistently GREAT experience. There is not a better managed restaurant in Iowa City.

One of the best Mediterranean foods in town! I usually crave falafel or shwarma once a week and this is the perfect place to go.

I had an amazing experience here for lunch. Everything is very fresh here and made to order. I had the Pad Kee Mao and it came with miso soup and an egg roll. The flavor of my dish was amazing. It came out so hot and was just delicious. The soup also tasted like it was just made. My whole party was impressed.
