A must dine. You won’t find a more authentic, affordable and delicious Italian restaurant outside of Chicago or the East Coast. Amazing old school ambiance, food and service. Awesome location, urban feel.
Wow. What a gem! If you're looking for Italian in Iowa, look no further! Not to mention if you're gluten-free like me, the staff was very knowledgeable about substitutions and can help you find something to eat. The highlight of my visit was a crustless cheesecake.

Husband said Linguine was very good just the right amount of spice to make it fun to eat with a dry red wine.
We will go back if we can get a seat next time in town. Need to make reservations early for a seat.
You won't find better, more authentic Italian in the Iowa City/Cedar Rapids area. Cozy atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, well crafted cocktails, and an extensive wine list featuring dozens of Italian wines all make for a perfect night out. And don't skip dessert!
Our server was great and the service was exceptional! Very knowledgeable and kind. Our server nerded out about whiskey with my husband and made his trip extra special. The food was absolutely stellar.

Cannelloni was amazing - little bit of red sauce to balance out the mostly bechamel sauce. Also got the black truffle and mushroom tagliolini con tartufi cream sauce 👌 All house made pastas. Would recommend getting lemoncello shots after to help digestion- they’re delicious
