A staple of Iowa City food. So many unique specialty pizzas, and many vegetarian options. I love the Red Baron and the Nutcracker.
Husband & I have been customers for a couple years and will not go anywhere else. Slices are perfect for lunch. Quick, friendly service and great pie makes my day better, every time. Also use their app for deliveries. Try the cake & cookies too!
Love to swoop by for by-the-slice when I worked next door, both when they used to be on Myrtle and Riverside and again in their current location on Hwy 1 and Hudson Ave. New location has an equally unappealing parking lot but I love the convenience of the walk-up window.
Prices are a great value for the lunch special, five bucks will get you a lot of pizza. The variety is endless, I've grabbed lunch here pretty regularly and always see a new topping combo every time. In a town inundated with quality pizza options, Wedge is definitely worth your lunchtime.
