I repeatedly give this place opportunities for redemption but everytime that I visit, I just can't comprehend how they never operate smoothly. They must love the honor of being the worst Panda location anyone has ever been in. It's called "fast-casual" for a reason but they always miss the mark here
The food is always warm and fast. But let's face it, that's minimum expectation. Twice now I've left this store after buying white rice and teriyaki chicken, to be left with a box of dry chicken and rice, no sauce. Have you ever tried to eat dry chicken and dry rice? Yeah me neither I threw it away.
Clean and relaxed atmosphere. Many food choices and all food was hot.
As usual, fast service, wide variety of Asian cuisine, and clean tables to sit and enjoy food.
As I sit here for 30 minutes waiting on orange chicken it looks like it will be another 30 minutes. I don't understand when it took an hour to fry chicken
Exactly what you would expect. Super fast and friendly and very clean inside. Great place to swing through for lunch as I often do when wanting some quick Chinese food.
My food was absolutely gross. The rice was dry.
They are usually pretty awesome which is why I'm giving 3 stars instead of 0. Went today for lunch, received my food quickly and was on on my way. Made it 5 min back to work to COLD fried rice that was sticking together....and the 3 entrees were each about 3 bits each...very disappointing today!
