Nice atmosphere. Cheese curds were way over cooked. No cheese left in them. Bun on burger was dry. Just average on the food we got today. Hope to try a different day and it will be different.
Would give 0 stars if i could. Started a tab and they took my card. Then when i went to close it they said they didn’t have my card. The employees told me i should CANCEL my card. After asking 3 different people where my card was, finally i had someone finally look through the cards and find it. H
We were at a Hotel near by. It was nice to call our order in. Hubby walked over and picked up the order. Food was hot, delicious and not greasy! 👍❤️
Great burger at a great price! This is a fun lunch spot in downtown Iowa City. The staff were very friendly and efficient!
Walking distance from UofI campus. Sat outside during Chalk Art Festival- very nice. Pet and family friendly. Chicken tender salad was good, and italian beef sandwich was excellent. Great service and nice atmosphere.
Went to meet up with friends on the outside patio, open table no wait time and the owner (I believe so) ushered us out and told us to leave bcuz I had a Starbucks drink. Rude staff
I love this place. Staff is amazing and is always welcoming. I’ve never had a bad experience at Bo James. The quesadillas are a 10/10!! From what I’ve seen, the waitresses are pretty good looking;)
This place saved us… after we went to a vegan restaurant, and then we were still craving bacon. The potato skins were amazing here!
