I haven't had subway in a long time because I use to eat it deep much. Going back I realized why I use to eat it soon much it is so good. It keeps me coming back for more.

I ordered using their app two sandwiches and added pepperoni. They gave me two sandwiches with just pepperoni and none of the meat that come on the sandwiches. They’ve been “out” of the same things every single visit. Once - I get, but at some point it’s gotta come down to outright laziness and mismanagement.

While yes it is a subway there is two ways my visit could have went, like all the times at Anamosa, Maquoketa or Dubuque or how it went today. Shannon & Cort did an awesome job in their presentation and attitudes and I strongly urge the owners of this location to give them rasies.
Person making our order was swearing in front of us to his co worker at the cash register. Very slow service. Asked for cookies and wouldn’t make them. The store was not busy whatsoever and the guy behind us ordered online and the workers apologized for it being way too busy and didn’t see his order
Lazy and incompetent. Out of four different kinds of breads and two meats. Completely clueless to what is in stock or generally in front of them. General communication skills are completely absent. This lowered the already low bar for stupid at Subway.
