Carlos Cantina

We stopped in while on vacation and couldn't have enjoyed our visit more! Our server was incredible! It was actually very busy and we couldn't tell. He was so on top of things and checked in frequently. The food was delicious and the servings were generous. We will be stopping again whenever we are in the area!

Me and my husband come here once a week for a date and there food is so good they give you a very good amount definitely worth the price for your plate could not eat all mine had to take the rest home are waiter was awesome friendly and polite don't know his name he has tattoo on his arm and tall keep up the great work you rock a small mistake happen but they fix it right away love this place the plate i got right here is my favorite 😋

Food was so good 👍 I had Tacos AL Pastor, yum yum! The deep fried ice-cream was not what I am accustomed to but it was also good! The waiter was very busy but got to us a few times and we didn't wait long. The atmosphere matched perfect, cute tri leveled restaurant with all the embellishments. Check it out!

We hadn't been for a while to Carlos Cantina. It was delicious as always. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were seated right away. Their chips and salsa are always the best. We ordered enchiladas Verdes and burrito grande. Delicious!. They were very busy but our food came out very fast. But we still had time to enjoy our chips and salsa before the food came out. Nice atmosphere and it appears that they updated the exterior landscaping somewhat. It looks even better. It's more inviting. We enjoyed everything

A very good and solid Mexican restaurant that serves you chips and salsa at the very start and has plenty of choices to choose from, I have yet to enjoy everything off the menu but my father and I recently went and what we got was fantastic, I hope to come here again and try something different and hope it to be just as delicious!

Went to Carlos Cantina this evening for dinner. Great service and atmosphere. Our server was DAKOTA and he was truly great and friendly. The wife and I had a pitcher of strawberry/mango margaritas Before and with our dinner. The food was awesome. When it came time to pay our bill Dakota told us that their Internet was out and they were unable to use a debit card for payment and asked if we had cash. Unfortunately we DIDN'T have cash. Our bill was $100. He did try to use our card but unfortunately he came back to our table and said it didn't work. We told him we would go to the bank pull out the $100 and return to pay our bill. Dakota TRUSTED us and being the HONEST people that we are believing in CARMA we did just that. We went to the bank pulled out the $100 and returned to pay our bill. I want to give a huge SHOUT OUT to DAKOTA and THANK HIM for having TRUST & FAITH In us to do the RIGHT THING. Unfortunately I'm sure that there will be some that won't to as trusting honest and do the right honorable thing tonight if their card machine isn't working and STIFF THEIR BILL. THANK YOU DAKOTA for having the truth and faith in us that you had. TRUST & HONESTY STILL DO GO A LONG WAY IN THIS DAY AND AGE.

I love trying different Mexican style restaurants. Carlos Cantina did not disappoint! The place had a great vibe even though it appeared to be busier than they expected. We did not wait long to be seated or to get our food. The dish is the Enchiladas Potosinas. Fantastic! A little warm, but not overly hot. I do not like make-you-sweat food. The cheese sauce with the roasted pork and cactus was incredible. A must try if you love cheese Enchiladas and roasted pork! Not to mention the homemade chips and salsa, so yummy:)

Carlos Cantina is one of my favorite places! The service here is remarkably fast and polite and the atmosphere is festive. But that's not all – the food is simply outstanding! Each dish bursts with flavor, and you can tell it's made with the best ingredients and comes out piping hot. And let's not forget about their margaritas – The perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess. I have never had the margarita flight, but I know people who have and they were always impressed. Whether you're a fan of Mexican cuisine or just looking for a great dining spot, Carlos Cantina is an absolute must-try. You won't be disappointed!
