Wonderful Staff , Drive thru lane was backed up .
I drove through the drive-through and saw a young gentleman named Rome! He politely greeted me and helped me with a special order. My son has a lot of allergies and he gladly informed me my order would not be an issue! Thanks to all staff and especially Rome for just being an awesome and well manne
The best time to come to this location is the morning or afternoon I suppose. I treated my children to 4 milkshakes and went inside to place the order. Definitely going downhill... Decided to go here and order a spicy southwest grilled chicken salad get home get settled in ready to eat my salad open the bag and my salad has strawberries walnuts etc. That's not a Southwest grill salad! Third time this week that my order has been somebody else's.
Food was cold. Chicken wasn't cooked all the way through. Peach shakes are delightful. It's typically better which is why I gave it a 2.
2 stars bc Chick-fil-A is AMAZING, but not 5 because THIS STORE is NOT amazing. You literally can’t get in and out in under 15 minutes at ANY part of the day which is HORRIBLE.

We dropped by with 30 people, walked in during lunch when it was already busy and 30 of us had our food and almost thru eatting within 20 minutes. Some ordered on the app and just stood by and waited. Very fast and friendly service.
