We went to In-N-Out with my family for the first time, and for our last meal before going back to Paris. There was a bit of a wait, but it was fine as we struck up conversation with Sterling, who was the most adorable employee we ever met during our 10-days trip in the US.

Great service, very friendly and helpful employees! They really go above and beyond (even taking your empty tray off your table). My only complaint is that the fries were cold every visit except for one day. The fries do not taste good when they are cold so if they were piping hot or at least warm,
Another excellent restaurant of In N Out. It could be busy during lunch time with a lot of UCI students, but the service is great as usual.
Best burger in my mind. Crispy and nicely roasted bun, fresh lettuces and tomatoes. Although the patties are not as thick as other shops, a double double or 3x3 is definitely better than one oily patty, trust me.
First review; should've written before. Have been coming to this location for about 15 years. Always great service and of course, the food is excellent. I have been in customer service most of my career and tonight's experience really exceeded my expectations; so much I am finally writing a review,

Well, when in California it’s the place to go and honestly, it was really good! I rarely eat red meat but it was a tasty hamburger. Service was polite and swift. I’m glad I went.
Great consistent hamburgers and very friendly staff considering this is a fast food restaurant. The local UCI students like visiting and hanging out here as the prices are reasonable and people are very friendly. Only issue is that the parking lot is not pedestrian friendly and minimal sidewalks so
The burgers here are incredibly affordable. It's hard to believe you can get this level of quality at such a reasonable price.
I went for the first time, the hamburger is not bad, it is the best burger you can eat for that money. employees are very caring and courteous. I recommend you try the protein style. instead of bread, they bring it in lettuce. I've added the pictures, you can see.
