Always great food and huge portions for the kabobs here. Come here for lunch and dinner. You won’t be disappointed. Beef Koobideh Kabob, flat iron, chicken, salmon, and Lamb are all amazing. Their espresso is great too.
Today I had their breakfast steak/eggs and it was just the right amount.
I have been eating at Pannini for years at all their locations. What I like about them is the consistency of food taste and quality, all these years regardless of the location.
The service is always pretty good.
The Ambiance is consistent and clean and nice for every day restaurant.
This place serves everyday quality for you can eat a few times a week. I only wish they had a location closer to me so could eat here more frequently. They have one of the best kebabs have had from day one and it has been consistently the same.
If you like home made food and are looking for an alternative for those days that you just don’t like to cook this is the place for you. Best of all very reasonably priced for what they serve you.

We love this place and it’s great for a range of occasions. We’ve done large catering with them as well as a simple date night. Their portions are generous and the food is great. They’re definitely a busier spot, but we’ve never had issues with service while dining in (even on busier nights).
Must try Combo Kebob. Meats are just cooked right. Salads are good too!
I visit this place regularly. The food is professionally cooked and designed. I recommend their koibideh kabob and chicken kabob as well. I would say their koobideh is the best in California or in the US. Their complimentary salad and yogurt/ cucumber dip are outstanding. The Resturant has a nice decoration and you have the option to seat inside or outside. The only problem I noticed recently is the new manager (from India?) that I think is not familiar with the culture of this restaurant. It looked like he has an attitude and kind of aggressive. I also recommend trying felafel and hummus in this restaurant.
The food is delectable. They are so good but the waitress forgot about us and even forgot to take our order too. But that was fine. The rest was amazing and I would definitely like to come here again!
Been here half a dozen times and been great every time. Indoor and outdoor seating is great and always great service. Had takeout one time and it was still good, but dining in is still better however. If you want good Mediterranean food come here! Free parking in the structure beside it or in the parking lot across the street.
Food is good and tasty. The portions are very good. The service is not that great. But overall a good place to go. They have a lot of tables open but not letting all in. We have to wait 15 mins to get a table.
The food is great! Kababs are the best in OC. The portion is good (go for the family style for the best results even if you have to take a great portion of it home). The service isn’t that good especially when they’re busy.
Delicious food with great customer service. I tried chicken shish kabobs and beef koobideh combo with basmati rice and salad. Ask for juicy beef koobideh. So, they don’t overcook it. They have different kabobs. Their salmon kabob and steak kabob are delicious too. I tried their pasta too. It’s plenty and it’s good for 2 or 3 people. Prices are reasonable around $20-30 each person. They have family platters & They serve breakfast too.
We ordered for delivery this past Mother's Day; family combo, spicy prawn combo & others. This was my 2nd time ordering at this restaurant & they did not disappoint.
I placed an online catering order for my daughter’s birthday party from this restaurant and they definitely delivered! My family and I absolutely love the chicken kabobs from here so we decided this spot would be the best for our guests. When I went to pick up the tray, a super nice gentleman helped me get them to my car. Service as always was above and beyond. My guest were also very delighted with the food from here and kept asking me for the name of the restaurant. Highly recommend this place to everyone!
Our friend who has been going to this place for years, took us there for a late lunch. Since it was 3pm, it wasn't crowded but they've plenty of sitting available to cover much busier times. We choose Mediterranean Greek salad and Romane avocado salad to start with. The portions were large enough that 3 of us didn't finish them.
For main course we chose family platter with Shish kabab, grilled chicken and steak. It came with plenty of vegetables and basmati rice.
Again we couldn't finish everything but the issue could be that both our friend and my wife aren't big eaters.
Our waiter was very friendly also.
Very nice restaurant. Our server Uziel was excellent, very friendly and attentive. The food was tasty, very flavourful and a generous portion. Highly recommended.
Seated at arrival, service was very kind and quick. I began with the Arnold Palmer, which encompassed a quite flavorful ginger peach tea and house made lemonade, highly recommend. Then, we ordered the Falafel combo appetizer. The falafel was also incredibly flavorful, the hummus was very rich, and the tzatziki was potent of dill. I got the mushroom kabob, which was good but not anything WOW. My mom got the stuffed bell pepper, which she seemed to enjoy! The portions were huge and fulfilling and, our server was really friendly.

It was my first time here. The kebabs were outstanding. The chicken was robust and full of flavor very juicy. A bonus my sister lives in the complex so I got to visit. I will definitely be back.

Second time eating Panini Kabob Grill but first time eating inside. First time my friend ordered the family meal to go and we feasted it on for it lunch and dinner. It was so good and filling. This time we tried to grab a table and eat before work. Unfortunately there was a 20-25 minute wait (Sunday 1:30 pm) and we were worried we could potentially be late to work. Luckily the host mentioned that there might be seats available at the bar! We sat at the bar and ordered a falafel wrap and a chicken wrap. We both got the avocado salad that was quite refreshing. Great service, good food, and we were quite full afterwards. Hope to go back when we aren’t in such a hurry! Please note they don’t do reservations so it’s first come first serve.
*not quite sure how to post a second review, but I wanted to post more photos after we went back for a third time. This time we sat in the outside patio. So nice and warm! We ordered salmon kabob, chicken kabob and the pesto panini. So filling and so delicious! I feel like people who don’t work in the food or service industry don’t seem to understand there is shortage of employees. It’s really rough out there. Give them a break, and learn to be patient, they’re trying their best to accommodate you.
