Absolutely Love the atmosphere, it has a Classic retro feel. The greeters were amazing and even gave me a cute glass of Rose’ 💕.
Our waiter was good but very busy and forgot a few of our appetizers. Our food was good maybe a little pricey but the vibe and atmosphere and drinks made up for it!
Great place at the Irvine spectrum! Has a 1960s feel. The menu is simple yet tasty. There are plenty of people running around taking care of the guests. The drinks have a tropical touch to them. I truly enjoyed this place. Pricing is on the higher side, but.... Treat yourself!
What an exceptional and unique experience. The food is delicious and presented in a pleasing and appetizing way. The decor is above and beyond. It's hard to put your finger on it but the touches and attention to detail is really what gives this place a special feel. Palms, simple but comfortable wooden tables and chairs and high ceilings with low lighting emphasize elicit feelings of the leisurely islander life. My meal, while a bit more than I would pay for a rotisserie chicken with a small side of plantains, rice, beans, was delicious.
My first visit was for lunch and it was super busy. I tried the Kobe Burger which was tasty...with chipotle, manchego, cheddar, butter lettuce, tomato, onion, horseradish mayo, tomatillo salsa on a brioche bun, and served with Caribbean fries with garlic and aioli...everything was fresh. Had the Cafe Con Leche too and it was delicious as well. Prompt service and festive atmosphere.
Rey the manager was very welcoming. The minute we walked in the restaurant, Rey was there to greet us. Our server Ruby was also accommodating and offered us complimentary glasses of rose. The facility was clean. The atmosphere was pleasant. The food was exceptional!
We ordered calamari and chopped salad for appetizers. For entrees we opted for popular dishes such as seared ahi tuna and seafood paella.
We topped off with delicious banana flambé with table side presentation. My wife loved the fire show! The Google reviews did not disappoint. Thanks Rey and Ruby for the extraordinary service!
the place is so gorgeous, the vibes were soo nice. there's different areas to sit and they're all beautiful too. we sat at the bar area. the service was so cool, there's free champagne at the entrance. food was good (the gambas were amazing!). the sauce on my el churrasco however wasn't really my thing to be honest. i did love the corn though.
I had a friend out of town who came to visit and wanted to find somewhere cute to eat. We found this place, and it definitely didn't disappoint! The inside of this restaurant is way more spacious than it looks (there was even a group of 12 ahead of us that got seated) and the whole place looks classy but not overly pretentious.
We were offered complimentary champagne upon being seated, which came in these cute little glasses. I ordered a white sangria that was refreshing for the sunny weather, and the ropa vieja which was super tender and flavorful.
All around, it just seems like a nice place to catch up with some co-workers and friends. We made a last minute reservation on a Friday night around 6:30PM, and there were still a lot of seating options available.

Incredibly delicious food and beautiful atmosphere! Definitely put this one on your list of places to eat at!
I ordered the Rum Pepper Shrimp dish with sweet plantains and mashed purple potatoes for sides and my husband ordered the medianoche (aka Cubano sandwich). I also ordered a piña colada without alcohol. The rum pepper shrimp dish was a perfect combination of flavors with a creamy orange sauce, perfectly cooked rice for the style of dish, chunks of mango and other vegetables, along with some type of string shaved squash on top. This dish is seriously one to remember! My husband said the medianoche was perfect, except he wished they used a more upscale yellow mustard since the other ingredients were so high-end. He even finished all the fries because he said they were so delicious - the perfect size and balance of crunch with softness, a great flavor and also great with the spicy dipping sauce. The sweet plantains were exactly how they should be - caramelized on the outside with a warm squishy inside. The purple mashed potatoes tasted just like regular mashed potatoes. They were good, but not elevated like the entrees.
The atmosphere was relaxing and beautiful. As we walked in, we were offered complementary champagne rose, which was a nice touch. We sat in a comfortable booth outside since the weather was nice. I only gave 4 stars on the atmosphere because the sun was eventually cooking us in our booth. They eventually pulled the shade down, but it was only right before we left.
Wonderful food here - definitely worth a visit!!
Fantastic Cuban cuisine. The atmosphere is very Cuban and lends to the enjoyment of the meal and music. The fried avocado 🥑 was excellent! Each meal was presented very well, and the taste matched.

The food is delicious but on the costlier side. Would definitely recommend trying it as the atmosphere is lively and the servers are friendly and attentive!

This place is beautiful! You do not feel like you are in a mall setting. The food was outstanding! The drinks were marvelous! Is it pricey...yes!!! But so worth the splurge. But what impressed me the most was this. When we were there, the family behind us had some kind of issue. I do not know what that issue was, but the woman was not very kind about it and rude to the very sweet waiter. Next thing I know the chef came out to talk to her and she was still not happy. Then a manager came out and seemed to diffuse the situation. Whatever the matte was, all three employees handled it was such professionalism and kindness. Again, I do not know what the issue was because I could no hear her, but you can tell the staff went above and beyond to try and rectify the situation.
Food here is super great but the ambiance and dedication to the theme and service is what really stands out. Was super happy with my visit and it's clear that the servers treat the diners with a ton of respect and patience. Really cool to see that on a busy Friday night at the Spectrum.
Havana is a beautiful restaurant. The service is top notch, we were greeted with champagne. The food is good but very highly priced. I think you are paying more for the atmosphere and service than the food itself. I think it’s a great special occasion restaurant but not someplace I would go to on a frequent basis.

I am extremely happy with the service that my family and I have received at our visit to Habana Irvine spectrum. It was my first time visiting. This restaurant has exceeded my expectations.
The food was amazing. Our waiter, Carlos was incredible. I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a good environment, delicious food and outstanding customer service. Everyone is very attentive to detail this is not overlooked, fantastic job!
I can’t wait to go back and tell all my friends about it.
