If you can handle the heat, go for 7 and above in spice levels. The curry tastes excellent, has delicious flavors, and you can add chicken, vegetables or an egg. This has got to be one of the best curry places. I’ve tried a few that’s popped up all over OC, but this hands down beats everything still. Their pork katsu level 9 spicy is so damn good. Pair it with some keemacfries and you are golden.
