It's a clean and comfortable place, the beef taste good and I love the textures of the both the flat and thin noodles, however the soup base has more soysource flavor vs beef flavors, will come again if I have the cravings.
Excellent Taiwanese beef noodle soup I had in USA. Beef and tendons are cooked to perfection, noodle are great and soup is very tasty. If I have to pick on one thing, it will be they don’t have the sour cabbage

Four stairs is because of the beef noodle soup ”with fat noodles) spicy!! Amazing very tasty! I was there during there no rush hours. I also ordered side of spicy dumplings and boi that was amazing too!!

Delicious feel-good soup. Better to share if you don't feel like taking some home. Service is good. We have order the prize winning Beef Noodle Soup several times and it never disappoints. Great experience overall!!
I really like the texture of the noodles and tenderness of the beef here. I also love the huge chunk of tendon. I usually get some extra pickled veg. They used to bring it with the soup, but now you have to ask for it. Go during lunch because you get a free tea, and some extra little dishes. Pa
