Tim Ho Wan - Irvine - Photo album

In A Nutshell: -This was the 2nd Tim Ho Wan location I've eaten at. -Compared to the Vegas location, it's not as aesthetically pleasing to the eye for obvious reasons, but it is very clean & bright which is good. -The service here is very, very good, kind & attentive! -The menu options are standard
This is the second Tim Ho Wan I’ve been to and it’s just as amazing as the one in Honolulu. All of the dim sum is wonderful, but the pork buns are the most unique (they’re sweet and savory in the perfect way) and the cucumber salad is the best side dish. Don’t forget to enjoy it with some jasmine te
Came here for lunch on New Year's Day and was seated immediately. The servers were personable and friendly. I did have to call them a couple of times by raising my hand to get to-go boxes in my check. My favorite dishes are the shrimp rice rolls, the daikon cake, and the lotus leaf wrapped sticky ri
My boyfriend and I came here for lunch last Saturday. We didn’t wait too long (about 10 min). The food here is pretty good. I liked that the plates we ordered were perfectly seasoned and it wasn’t too oily or salty. We highly recommend the Braised Brisket, noodles and the Steamed Pork Dumplings. The
We went on a Monday evening and got seated right away with about 1/4 of the place filled. Their menu is pretty…compact! If you have tried many other dim sum places, this place can be an average or just a bit above average. But the service was fast. Now, the food portion is not much, like in the won
Tim Ho Wan is an interesting order slip dimsum restaurant for those who want dim sum for dinner. For those who expect push cart dimsum, this isn't one but if you're craving shumai or har gao, at least you can indulge yourself. The chicken feet were "ok" taste wise but needs improvement in vendors a
Very good service. And very fast. I was just thinking of what to get and it is already there on the table (kidding). Everything was good! The pork dumpling was a little dry than i expected. I will still try them out when they open in Katy Texas second half of 2022!
Came here mid week so we got a table for 6 pretty easy. Staff was lovely. Food yummy. We ordered way too much so got to take home some for lunch the next day. The BBQ pork buns where the favorite
My first here, and I enjoyed it, and the house popular baked BBQ pork buns, and there is ony 1 location , in irvine. If I am close by, I will come back. A few of items were a bit high, but tasty
First time visit! We got greeted by a host, got our temp checked and seated. Everything was clean and organized. We ordered a few items from the menu, some steamed, some pan fried, and some other regular dim sum dishes. The food tasted great. Everything was well seasoned, not too fatty or greasy. We
These baked bbq pork buns are seriously me favorite food ever! They’re so flaky and moist on the inside with sugar and crunch on the outside. Go for the happy hour and most items are reduced price! My friend and I pigged out and ordered 8 items for only $65 including some to go pork buns!
Went with group of 30 people and then went back the next day by myself. The pu-er tea is solid! The service was good and prices are fitting. The food- mmhmm yeah, so far the better dim sum I’ve had. I wish I had two stomachs to taste more goodies.
Tim Ho Wan is one of the most authentic dim sum places in Los Angeles! Dine in area is clean. Staff is efficient and food arrived quickly after we placed the order. Their chili oil goes well with all the dishes, don’t forget to ask for some!
I had high expectations of this place because I’ve had it in Singapore, which I personally thought tasted so better there. It definitely deserved a Michelin star there, but here in Irvine it just doesn’t taste the same.. The only dish that tasted the same were the BBQ pork buns.. so good! The stea
