Recently visited on a weekday morning at around 9 am. I had the "World Famous" pancake combo, which consists of 2 pancakes (of your choice), 2 eggs (made to order), 2 strips/or links of bacon/sausage, and hash browns. The server Brenda S. was friendly and attentive. It was a good tasting and hearty breakfast. I also had a coffee with my meal. The total tab with tax was just over $22.
This Ihop is big and convenient. It’s located next to John Wayne Airport. The service is good. However, the hash browns had something irrelevant in it 😜try the all new pancakes tacos 👍👍👍
I had the savory crepes with bacon bits, scrambled eggs, shredded potatoes, and a light cream sauce on top. It was tasty. Service was friendly and attentive.
Haven’t made it to many IHOP’s but this was way better then I imagined! Lots of options and choices. Two stories as well. I’m impressed. West coast IHOP is 100x better then East coast IHOP!
Very friendly staff and very accommodating of our luggage and stroller. They gave us 2 large tables even though we were only 3 adults and a baby. We just needed a snack to pass the time so we shared 1 meal, a milk shake and a pot of coffee. It ended up coming to nearly $60 Canadian after tip which we found pricey but sadly I think that’s pretty typical of restaurants these days. Conveniently located by the airport which we were grateful for as we had a 2 hour wait for our ride and there’s no restaurants at the airport once you leave the secure area. Google maps will tell you it’s a 20+ minute walk from the airport but it was more like 5-10 if you leave between pillars 8 and 9 and cut through the parking lot and out through a stairwell to the street. The website advertised free wifi but unfortunately none of our phones could connect.
Excellent, fast service. Delicious food. Reasonable prices. Relaxing and charming atmosphere beyond your average IHOP. What else is there to say? Loved it 😁!
Would have been 5 stars but the bacon cuts are so thin now, one can barely tell one is eating bacon when eating bacon. I understand a profit has to be made but come on, don't give customers razor thin bacon. Everything else (classic breakfast) was on point.
The waitress was really nice and pleasant. We sat down, ordered, and within 10 minutes our food was out (party of 2). Anytime I'm landing near this airport, this will be our go to breakfast spot.
The place was lovely. The food options were great, and it's overall a great place if you want to get a nice meal first thing in the morning. The service was also spectacular .
I've been to a few IHOPs in different states and it's typically been adequate but never exemplary. The people at this location blew me away! My greeter and server both were extremely friendly with great big smiles, each interaction made my day better and better. My order was taken quickly, and the food came out quick and tasty.

They're one of a few restaurants that you can count on to always be there and provide good food, good service, and fair prices. As a traveler who spends a lot of time outside the US, it is good to come back for some pancakes and bacon!
Sat for a solo breakfast on Friday morning. Superb service from the start, got my coffee and left the hot pot! Of course the awesome chow and pancakes! Really attentive service and friendly folks down at IHOP. 😃
Not too crowded and our server was great. Checked on us several times and refills came quickly. Got myself the spicy poblano omelette. It was good! Couldn't finish the pancakes, but that's what kids are for...
International house of pancakes indeed. First timer at iHOP and pancakes dont disappoint. Texture was right and fluffy, butter is amazing and 4 differenct syrup to go along. You will be spoilt for choice.
I got their breakfast for takeout. They give a generous amount of food for what you pay, and the food tastes decent. Their hash browns, sausage, and toast is also good. I also got their strawberry cheesecake pancakes. I wouldn’t recommend that as it didn’t really give me the “cheesecake” in strawberry cheesecake - they give you syruped strawberries to add to the top, but the “cheesecake” is more of a sweet cream frosting that you add to it. Maybe it’s because I got it to go, but the pancakes weren’t as good as I was expecting. But then again, it’s IHOP, so you get what you get.
