The employees are very helpful. Especially a woman by the name of Ronnie. She’s always SO happy & even when I’m down, she is sure to bring me up. She’s AWESOME!!!
I love shopping here because the staff is so friendly! I was looking for something sweet the other night, but thr bakery was closed. The cashier informed me that they were a completely separate outlet within the store, but gave me some other options. Its a small gesture but it made a huge difference for me. Im in the service industry so things like this really do make an impact. I was very grateful 🙏🏽
and thanks to her being so sweet, I'll be back.

The line @ deli most times is backed up. Wish you would place more help behind the counter. Was forced me to pick up pre-packaged items i really did not want.

Items I had asked the Bakery to set aside were waiting for me when I arrived. The Bakery is one of the best in Orange County, with an Eastern European take on pastries and superb chocolate and other cakes.
Took home readymade foods. So many dishes made with high quality ingredients. Great sushi items as well.
The quality of your meats and produce is always excellent. Customer Service in both departments are always beyond reproach. Whenever I need a special cut of meat, the butcher is always helpful and when I'm looking for special produce, the produce staff is also always helpful.
This is a great upscale grocery store. Higher prices but absolutely higher quality. Very large parking lot that is very easy to get in and out of.
Brandon, Jill, Vernon, Wilma and everyone else there are the best. Salad bar, hot bar, soup bar, sushi bar, wine bar and great beer selection is matched or exceeded only by friendly people and best service.
Gelsons consistently stocks quality produce, meat and seafood. I still need to take advantage of the live lobsters available in the seafood dept. I'll write a review on that once I do. The staff is always friendly and at the ready to help when needed. The service deli and hot food bar are great when you don't feel like cooking. The roasted chickens are fabulous. Of course, the sushi bar and beer & wine bar are a great addition to the store as well. Excellent gourmet cheese selection to go along with the endless list of quality wines. Great place to shop.
Their deli is one of the best around. For $12 you can get a huge sandwich and any two healthy salad sides. Best value if you are on the go and want something healthy and delicious.
This supermarket is very good. Well organized and clean. It’s not very big but you can find everything essential.

THEY GOT OUR STUFF ! I stopped by here on my way home after getting a haircut. I needed FRESH SQUEEZED ORANGE JUICE, KELLEY'S KOOKIES and some ice cream bars. I was also hoping they stocked a good selection of NANCY'S FANCY GELATO. It was about 11.30am when I walked inside. I headed straight to the far end of the store near the deli where they keep the fresh squeezed orange juice....at $12.99 for a large one. GOOD DEAL ! grabbed a pack of Kelley's Kookies Chocolate Dipped Macadamia ( insanely delicious ). ICE CREAM ! They had almost the complete range of Nancy's Fancy Gelato at $7.99 for a one pint tub. FAIR PRICE ! We paid $9.99 for a one pint tub of Butterscotch Budino at a rival supermarket chain last week. The top Nancy's Fancy Gelato flavors on our list were Chocolate Hazelnut, Espresso and Rum Raisin.....they had none of these ! Being selfish I bought Roasted Banana.....I know my wife won't try it because it contains bourbon. Then I grabbed a couple of 3 packs of Haagen-Dazs Ice Cream Bars......Chocolate Dark Chocolate and White Chocolate Raspberry. Very friendly service at the checkout !
