The atmosphere of this location at the trade market was very appealing, each location to eat looks to be selectively chosen by offering and the Two Birds is no exception. I only had the Bird in the Hand, chicken sandwich, for the entrée while we also had the Mac & Cheese and Cottage Fries.

Two Birds is truly amazing. The location is located inside an open food court. There are not too many seats as it is shared with other restaurants. I enjoyed the food and the service provided. I got the chicken sandwich and it was as good as it looks. That’s the reason I gave this place 5 stars. The fry sauce is similar to Zaxbys or Raising Canes. Unfortunately, everything not food related leaved a lot to be desired. The building doesn’t have air conditioning which is not pleasant in the

I'm from Texas but found this place via Instagram. I was not disappointed. Easy to order. Simple menu. Everything was great. You have to try the pickles and the different sauces.
Tasty but also heavily salted. The chicken was very tender and nicely crunchy. The Mac n cheese was rich and creamy, just don't let it get too cold because it will get a little hard. The pickles are good but not unique. The slaw was a good balance against the salt flavor of the rest of the food.
