Family run shop it seems and they're all super nice. Come in once or twice a week. Their paninis have the best bread. They make a really solid latte and I really like the cold brew as well.

This is a cute little spot at the "transportation center" in Irvine. I had the lunch special, which was a half panini and choice od green salad, caesar salad or chips. I chose the caesar. The dressing for the salad was okay. The flavor of the sandwich was good. There was not enough chicken, though.

Its rare to find an establishment that understand the difference between a machiatto and a cappuccino. The food is also good and reasonably priced.
I like their station special sandwich lunch combo with a green salad. Service is quick, staff is friendly. Wish they had a little more variety, but what they do have is good.
