Nice place to grab a coffee & breakfast before a train ride. Just in front of Irvine train station.
Family run shop it seems and they're all super nice. Come in once or twice a week. Their paninis have the best bread. They make a really solid latte and I really like the cold brew as well.

I can't tell you how happy I am this place opened! I work in the area and there isn't much around unless go to the busy Irvine Spectrum Center mall. It's family owned, which is nice. The coffee is fantastic and brewed in L.A. The people are friendly and they remember your order. And the panini sandwiches are made with fresh focaccia bread. Sooo good! The only thing I haven't tried yet are the breakfast sandwiches, but I'm sure I will soon!
Loved the lunch special; 1/2 sandwich & side for $6. The chicken pesto panini and green salad were delicious and very fresh! Perfect lunch to take on the train too!

We found Station Cafe I as a randomly seeking for a breakfast for my very hungry crew at Pristine Plumbing. We have morning meetings twice a week and it’s hard to change up breakfast. Kim at Station Café took my order a week ago for a variety of breakfast panini sandwiches. They were a hit with everyone. The panini was light and crisp with fresh ingredients. They delivered breakfast burritos this morning. Very good, but the sample salads were a hit. We are wanting to eat healthier, so their variety hits the spot. This is a cute little spot at the "transportation center" in Irvine. I had the lunch special, which was a half panini and choice od green salad, caesar salad or chips. I chose the caesar. The dressing for the salad was okay. The flavor of the sandwich was good. There was not enough chicken, though. I think if they added even 1 ounce more it would have made a huge difference in the quality of the sandwich. The place was very clean and the staff was friendly.
This place was such a nice surprise. I was working in the area and yelped coffee shops and found this place. The baristas are very knowledgeable in coffee and made me an amazing latte (see picture). Parking was a bliss as you can just park in the train station parking structure for free. I'll definitely make this a regular stop.
This place can make you a proper espresso.
Its rare to find an establishment that understand the difference between a machiatto and a cappuccino. The food is also good and reasonably priced.
I like their station special sandwich lunch combo with a green salad. Service is quick, staff is friendly. Wish they had a little more variety, but what they do have is good.
Breakfast sandwiches are terrific. Coffee excellent. Reasonably priced. Small dining area. Although clean. Simple. Good value.
