I oredered online an 1hr in advance and did not recieve my food for 30 mins after the requested time. I also asked for well done but i recieved a non cooked burger. This location can get very busy during lunch. We go there often. The team there is always so kind and helpful and accommodating. They fix any issues we have. Great customer service! Usually we get what we order, on a few visits my food has been missing something I ordered (bacon, cheese, or an egg)

The burger I think it's pretty much like 5 guys. A bit expensive but kinda decent.
