Made a large catering order for a work event and everything came out great. They had everything neatly bagged up when I arrived to pick it up and even helped me carry the order to my car.
Since I moved here, I love to come at Chick-fil-A ! Their burgers and waffles fries are good, and the milkshake (cookie and creams) is my favorite 😋 You'll not be disappointed trust me.
This is more to do with the app. What good does it do to order from the app if you're not going to have the food ready by the time a person arrives? The drive-thru people are served faster.

Was grossed out. In drive through. You can see the workers through the windows. A guy runs his hands through his hair then sticks his hands in the bags. Receipt said cashier was Zachary. Filed health complaint with the store and may do same with health department if I don’t get a response. Unhealthy
The manager or team member that served me at this location with pink lipstick and a dora the explorer looking head band drive through was very rude . We spoke to her and she ignored us ; as well as thanked her for giving us ketchup still ignored . I'm confused , this is the first location out of all
Unfortunately it’s with much displeasure of having to say this might be the worst Chick Fil A in the DFW metroplex. My order was completely wrong & the waffle fries was cold & stale. I will be avoiding this location.
