The food was good! The meat was smoked to perfection. The sides was good! Happy Memorial Day! 🌎

Very disappointed in my order. Picked up 1 1/2 lbs of sliced brisket and sides. When I got it home and ready to serve, the meat was dry, hard chunks. Even though he sliced it. Because it was so dry it just broke apart to crumbles. Tried to call twice and just got a message to leave a message.

I will never be back at this Dickeys again. The app had a promotion to buy a big yellow cup drink and get a free classic sandwich. It specifically said in fine print limit one per transaction. Not a pleasant dining experience. If I want to eat off paper and plastic I don’t have to spend $17. The barbecue itself was OK, just OK, I really resented having to use plastic cutlery and the paper box holding my food. I guess my first clue should’ve been the empty parking lot at prime time dinner

We had horrible service today at the location at las colinas irving on Macaurther street. The meats were super fatty and just nasty. They lost us as customers. The Mac and cheese tasted watery. I love bbq but this wasn’t good bbq!

I like Dickey's, always have. This was a nice restaurant, folks were friendly and the food was good. I have been to quite a few and have never been disappointed.

This is the worst BBQ i have ate at. Customer sevice is very bad & the 2 ladies working there are not even in the mood to work. They even have all the tables dirty and the place is not even busy! Dry meat, all salads and hot sides are not even being stirred at all it all looks bad. I would recommend
