The young lady who took our order was friendly. When we entered, there was a strange smell. My wife & I both agreed it had a farm or barn smell. Not a great welcome... Our food was okay...but didn't seem to have a lot of flavors.
Best Jimmy John’s in the Irving area. Super fast. Great quality. Orders were perfect!
Disappointed. My job is only 5 minutes away from this location but it toke them over an hour to deliver. Paid $10 for a sandwich that lack meat and veggies.

Food is great! But delivery service can take up to one hour ! The delivery was out in 15 minutes but it took them 45 to be here! I live at 0.2 miles away. You can imagine the sandwiches with mayo after 1 hour! So better go and pick them up yourself
