The food was amazing. Chef Dom Russo did a fantastic job and made us feel right at home. Plus the rainbow cookie gelato was out of this world!! I would 1000000 percent recommend going here!

scallops, osso bucco, fritto misto all amazing, forget the name but the rice balls were also great. tiramisu for dessert: superb! couldn't have had a better experience! one server even warned me of my untied shoe lace! most people wouldn't be bothered. everyone had a great attitude, but they did not hover over us asking how it's going every second (which i personally hate). HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Spectacular meal. Make sure you order at least one dish that includes artichokes. They are, without a doubt, the most amazing artichokes I've ever eaten. Of course, all of their dishes are incredible. I started with the Rucola, which was fresh, tasty, and of course, included the best artichokes of all time. I then had the Pollo Scarpariello. The sweet peppers and sausage, which were part of this masterpiece, made this one of the most memorable entrees I've ever eaten. I topped off the meal with a Tartufo. Not surprisingly, it was out of this world; the chocolate was not too sweet, and the whipped cream was creamy and delicious. In addition to the great food, the service was top notch. Our server was friendly, accomodating, and very efficient. Overall, a great dining experience. Oh, and don't forget the artichokes.

I had a butternut squash gnocchi that tasted like it was so full of flavor I can’t wait to come back.
Luckily I also had the shrimp scampi,the best ever anywhere hands down!!!
This was a great find! We decided to try a new restaurant for the Hudson Valley Restaurant Week and this one caught my eye. While they were not participating in the fixed menu the night we went....we were more than happy to order several items on the menu to share. Everything was delicious! The homemade pasta was outstanding, flavoring spot on, and such a variety to choose from. We will definitely be returning.

One word: WOW! The food is Italian at its finest. Really tasty, hearty, and heavy. Fried, truffle, and buttery goodness all around. I would also recommend their great prefix lunch special where you get an app, entree, and dessert. Order the chickpeas and finish with the pistachio gelato.
Came here for the first time on a date. The atmosphere was perfect, the service was quick, and not too overbearing. The espresso martini's are delicious. The food was absolutely amazing. The desert is also great if you have a sweet tooth. The price was reasonable. Definitely will be back. I would recommend reservation.
My husband and I came for dinner and we had the best time. The ambience made us feel like we were back in the 60s and the service was spectacular. The owner was very welcoming and gave us desert on the house! Highly recommend.

We got there a little after 7:30 on a Saturday night with no reservation and got a table instantly. We got the rigatoni with lamb Bolognese and the pasta the special. Both were good, although the pasta special was a little salty, although maybe that was due to the sausage. The rigatoni was cooked perfectly. For dessert we had Tiramisu which was good and not watery or too sweet!

Even during COVID the indoor and outdoor seating is great. The team is fantastic, super attentive and nice.
Drinks are hand crafted and delicious as is the food. We had some risotto balls, gnocchi and some other dished - so much flavour! You will not be disipointed.
Also order the cheesecake, it's has a creme brulee topping.
The food was down to earth but had a subtle complexity that didn't go unnoticed or unappreciated. It is worth the trip and I can't wait for my next visit.

This is one the best Italian restaurants in the area! It is so consistent. Wonderful service and excellent food every time. The atmosphere is quiet and romantic. The prices are very reasonable. There's free parking right outside! Irvington is a lovely village. This is a must-go!
Walked into Mimas on Halloween for a spontaneous anniversary dinner with my beautiful bride of 29 years. They were packed, reservations only. Owner said, wait, let me see what I can do. 3 minutes later we were sitting ordering drinks and apps. The food was phenomenal, the staff was courteous and attentive, the atmosphere was hopping, and the wine selection is amazing. If I could give them 20 stars I would. Even the vegan panna cotta was delicious.
