Absolutely fantastic, old-school style breakfast or lunch diner. Waitress was amazingly friendly and helpful. Menu options were extensive and everything was customizable. Food came out super quick. The fresh-squeezed OJ was very refreshing. Prices very fair for the area. Bring cash, no credit cards!
Warning. They only accept cash here! But they have an ATM right outside.
The food was delicious, but not inexpensive for breakfast. We both had the vegetable omelets. The grits were just okay. The biscuits were huge and delicious and the extra sausage links were definitely worth purchasing. Deliciou
100 percent recommend to go try this place. They have awesome breakfast, my personal favorite was the veggie omelet with fries, it was delicious. Also my kids love the decor in their pancakes. Small place cool atmosphere, close walk to the beach. Cheesy grits were memorable, hot with gooey cheese. The biscuit was great, even if I don't remember what was else was in the sandwich. Fresh fruit was - fresh.

When heaven serves breakfast, it's going to be at this place. The people treat you like they've known you for years. The food is out of this world. The challah bread French toast is the stuff of dreams. Cash only, so come prepared. Get the specials or whatever they tell you is good.

Delicious breakfast cafe, with traditional breakfast items with a seafood twist! Everything we had was amazing, I love that they serve fresh fruit with the meals. We waited about 30 minutes for a table for 4 ppl. Food come decently fast.

Decorated with beach knick-knacks and mermaids as well as historical photos and maps of the area. Inside you have to cozy up to your fam to eat lol it’s tiny. But so cute. All the things I look for in a beachside casual dining spot. The food was excellent. Biscuits and pancakes were super fluff
Every time we visit Charleston, this is one of our favorite stops for breakfast! Arrive early otherwise expect a wait, but it’s so worth it! There’s parking available and it’s cash only.
Sea Biscuit is a super cute locally owned Isle of Palms delight. We enjoyed a wonderful Brunch including biscuits and gravy and a stuffed ham and cheese omelet.
Service was wonderful and friendly!
