The food and service are always amazing! We love the pot roast nachos and the daily chef specials. The atmosphere is awesome and the Windows looking out on the golf course are the best. We especially love the huge patio in the summer. My craft-beer-loving-husband is always happy with the beer menu and I always enjoy the rotating drink menu!
Fox and Turtle is one of my favorite spots. From the outstanding burgers (best around) to the unique drinks (great beer selection), this place has it all! There is always a table waiting for you and the servers are friendly and considerate. They are super allergen friendly and have a great gluten free menu too. Check it out!

Excellent quality food and brew selection. Enjoy the atmosphere and settings, and outdoor patio despite mosquito problem. Wish the cool tap room was open more on weekends, seems to never be open but that won't stop me from coming.
Great experience- First time there- heard about it through a friend- did not disappoint- from the hostess to the server was a welcoming experience- the food great - views awesome outside on patio! Will return for sure!!

Amazing transformation of the space and the menu! Great quick food available if you're eating at the turn after hole #9 yet still classy enough to have a fine dining experience. Will be known as one of the best restaurants in Itasca.

Went there on the outdoor patio a couple weeks ago to see one of my favorite bands play - 1st time there. Beautiful setting, good food, great service. Would definitely go back!
We had a party of 12. We tucked in a quiet room to the side that was great for us! Food was absolutely incredible. Our waitress was quick, attentive and friendly. Food came promptly and was done to perfection. Dinning room is huge with a great view. Great atmosphere for a date, a family outing or even a business dinner. Thank you for a great dinner.
Lovely place. I had the Crab Stuffed Whitefish with spinach, capers, and cherry tomatoes. It was delicious!
And they have gelato made at the restaurant AND a Gelateria at the entrance. How can you say no to that?
We were in on 11/4 and had the pleasure of being seated in Sam's section. She offered outstanding service. She mentioned she was relatively new, and I would have never guessed because she seemed like an old pro. She was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu/specials, and made our dining experience perfect. Hoping to see her again next time we're at F&T!
This restaurant is located in the Itasca Country Club but is open to the public. This is a good option if you're in the area and you're looking for some solid "Pub Food" choices. The facility is great, with kind of a lodge like setting looking out across the golf course. I like the French onion soup, Itasca chicken, fish and chips, and the wide selection of craft beers. There's also a separate ice cream bar at the entrance which always has a good selection.
Enjoyed lunch here with my wife. Lauren was our server and she was amazing. It's been a while since I've experienced someone with such a great attitude. It really plays a big role when going somewhere to eat. If the owner sees this review please pass along to Lauren and tell her thank you. Better yet have her be the benchmark for all your future employees when it comes to customer service.

We made a last minute dinner reservation on Saturday and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our decision. For whatever reason we always looked at Fox and Turtle but then ended up picking somewhere else. We are happy we finally decided to not overlook this restaurant. Our cocktails were good (a little sour for our taste, but still flavorful). We got the cheese curd app which was fresh out of the fryer and gooey. Dipping sauces were a nice addition too. I got the crab stuffed white fish which was perfectly cooked and delicious. My fiancé got the prime rib dinner medium rare. His dinner came out perfectly cooked and also delicious. We got the chocolate cake for dessert which was massive and well worth the price (we ended up taking half of it home). While we were at Fox and Turtle there was also a wedding, where we saw everyone of the patio. Despite the location being busy with a wedding, all of their guests, and a fairly packed restaurant, we were very impressed with the quality of our dishes, the attentiveness of our serves and the overall enjoyable experience. Most places might struggle with so many things going on but fox and turtle and their impeccable staff truly made our evening enjoyable and because of that we will be back again.

Overall experience was pleasant. This is a quiet restaurant with an open feel. I ordered the skirt steak. The portion was very large. The only thing I did not like was the amount of oil that came off the Parmesan crust. The bottom of my plate was covered in oil and was not great. Other than that the dish was very good with good flavor in everything. Service was not terrific.
We were there on Mother's Day - so they were understandably bust. Pasta was delicious and enough for 2 meals. We has very average service. I'll definitely give it another try on a non-holiday. I liked the atmosphere!
My daughter and I are gluten free and we both really enjoyed our experience. I had the Chilean Sea Bass and she had a burger on a gluten free bun. Great food and service!
