Ordered through UberEats, so this review does not reflect a dine-in experience.
First things first, we ordered 2 Earmuff Bowls and both came surprisingly cold, as if they’d been placed in a fridge for a bit. Yes, the food was delivered during chilly weather, but still it was colder than it probably should have been. Some of the rice was hard and stale, and some of the bell peppers were undercooked or raw. Also, we weren’t given any salsas with our chips.
That all being said, the portion sizes are huge, with guac and chips&salsa included in the price of a meal. You do have to pay ~$1 more for any protein, though. The quality of almost all the ingredients seemed really good. The chicken tasted great. I just have those few gripes above, but they could be attributed to the delivery aspect of it, so I’m not docking too much.
I love the kit options. Actually, I ordered the Fajita kit with 5$ sweet tea. The taste of every dish was awesome, and just like typical Mexican food. The only cons was the tea. It was too sweet for me, maybe I should choose the unsweetened one. In my point of view, it will be a nice option when you and your friends can't decide your meal.
Even under dining room restrictions, it was good place to eat. I had a homewrecker bowl and was able to customize it the way I like it. Always tasty, and the working crew is always happy smiles and always say welcome to Moe's.
Best value for your money, for this kind of food, especially on Moe Monday (every Monday). Counter service is usually friendly; never rude but not always personal when the line is long. That's why the line moves quickly.
Answer, "Yes," to all the options and you get a really big burrito. The salsas (included) are pretty good, too.
Pretty good service whenever I have been. I dislike the fact that it closes at 9 PM. Food wise, all the ingredients are fresh. Chops after usually freshly fried too. I love the choice of salsas they have for the side, just that the popular ones run out sooner in the day.
This store was awesome; the staff was fast, very friendly, very courteous, the order was made correctly and i was charged the correct price. The food was hot and tasted exactly add i would expect odd the establishment. The store wad clean, the bathrooms were clean and in short you should find no reason to complain! Plus, i love Mexican right? :)
This is kind of my 2nd home...lol I have grown up around here. 3 brothers, 2 sister-in laws, several friends and my uncle have all worked here. They did a fundraiser for my cheer team and catered my graduation party. We have also done card games and friendly meetups. I always have a good time. Food is always fresh, lots of friendly faces.
Service is always fast and very friendly, and the line is always shorter than Chipotle's. The free chips and salsa makes it a way better deal, too. I also definitely try to take advantage of the Moe's Monday deal when I can.
Way more reliable than Chipotle across the way. I'm always being let down by Chipotle whether it be unreliable serving sizes or them completely not having numerous menu items. While it may be a bit more expensive than Chipotle, Moe's always seems to be fully stocked with their ingredients and has a better selection of overall offerings like their sauces,, FRESH JALEPENOS, free chips and salsa w/ the purchase of any meal... To be honest though, both of them could take a lesson from Qdoba in the queso department. This Moe's is the superior burrito joint in Ithaca until a mom n' pop joint proves me wrong.
Freaking great food. Spent like $10 and had approximately 3 meals from it. Delicious food, rich tastes, diverse flavors. And did I mention the portions are insane? The halfhearted "welcome to Moe's" they mumble, late, as you walk in are minority irritating, but it's totally worth it for the part where you're picking your add-ons and your mouth is watering. Free chips and salsa 8s *always* a good day too. I recommend.
