Great service would stop there again and probably will
Employee at the counter was great. Food was hot and tasted fine. I do have a question though, is it company policy for McDonald's to not fill their french fries up all the way? Matter which McDonald's I go to, they only seem to fill the fries up about three quarters of the way. Fill the fries!
There's a young gentleman that works the register taking orders and he's so nice and polite and always happy to help. It's unfortunately rare to see someone his age be so happy to work and help people. I frequent this McDonald's often on my way up north and have had this young man a few times and he's always busy working on cleaning or stocking when he's not taking orders. My order is usually always quick and fresh. Today's visit my fries were cold and soggy. I approached the counter to ask for fresh hot fries and the young lady running the drive thru saw me approache and came right up and greeted me so nicely and said of course, I'll make some fresh fries and bring them out to you. This restaurant has great employees! I hope they treat them well so they will stay.
I stopped in around 7am this morning and ordered 2 sausage and egg McMuffins that were great. Service was fast and friendly. Management seemed to display a sense of professionalism that you don't see too often anymore. I will return to this establishment. Thank you.
Awesome place for coffee! I drive five miles to St. Louis from Alma. I come here because they get my coffee perfect every time without fail. Plus, it's only $1 versus $2 in Alma. At $1, it saves me from using my 99¢ any size.
Normal McDonald’s ticked all the boxes. The restaurant was clean and staff was nice for a quick meal on the road. That’s all you can ask for!
They expedited the drive thru line really well. We had to pull to the side to wait for our food, but didn’t have to stay long. Other than that, the food was hot, yet, typical McDonald’s food.

I had an exceptional experience at McDonald's during my recent visit, and I must say that I was blown away by the quality of their food and the level of customer service provided by their staff. The team at this location clearly takes pride in their work and goes above and beyond to ensure that each customer has a positive experience.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. The staff was attentive, efficient, and always willing to assist me with any questions or concerns that I had. They made me feel valued as a customer, and their professionalism and friendliness were truly exceptional.
As for the food, I was delighted by the variety of options available on the menu. Everything was cooked to perfection, and the flavors were delicious. The quality of the ingredients used was evident, and I appreciate the efforts of McDonald's to offer healthy and wholesome options for their customers.
Overall, I cannot recommend this McDonald's location enough. The customer service is exceptional, and the food is of the highest quality. It is evident that the staff takes pride in their work, and I will certainly be returning to this location for future visits. Thank you, McDonald's, for an unforgettable experience!
Pretty decent location with really good workers but it never fails that their sweet tea is never sweet. At this point I guess it’s on me for continuing to order it lol

This is a great spot just off from the freeway. Roadtrip!
It has 7 Mobile order curbside pick up parking spots. We opted to go inside to order to go because I needed to pee. The bathrooms were roomy. Fair in cleanliness because it needed a sweep. Hand blower instead of paper towels.
Kiosk ordering, but my husband ordered at the counter. Ha! Not sure how he pulled that off, I was in the restroom.
Fries were hot, salty, and delicious. I have not had a vanilla shake in decades, YUM!
Best service of any Mcdonald’s. Levi was super considerate, went above and beyond. I don’t usually write reviews but Levi was the best.
Ordered 2 cheeseburgers plain. Got 2 burgers with everything on them..went back through and explained the issue. Everyone was very polite, and they gave me 2 burgers made correctly, along with 2 more burgers and correctly. Was upset at first, but after everyone was as polite as they were and not only fixed their mistake, but also gave me an extra 2 burgers, I was very pleased with my service here.
Always love the girl at the drivethru window, shes absolutely the sweetest person ever!
