Great Thai restaurant with very reasonable prices, and huge, tasty portions. I had the chicken pad Thai (5/5) and the Thai iced tea (5/5 and HUGE!). The pad Thai was well flavored and the chicken was soft and tender. The Thai iced tea was one of the better ones I've had in the city and was a perfect balance of sweetness and tea flavor. Service was also nice!

LOVE coming here for lunch special whenever I have work in this neighborhood. Lunch special is an awesome deal. You get to have an appetizer and a main dish, which is always filling for me and my friend. And the most important thing is that the food here is so good! Every dish I tried so far amazed me. I keep coming back to try different items on that menu. The restaurant vibe is very chill as well. Definitely recommend to stop by if you’re around here.

Food is really good. It’s hard to find decent Thai in the area and this is by far a great spot. Service and atmosphere is great as well

We came here many many years ago and it was okay. Came again last night, May 2023, and the food hit all the right ways for us. It has improved a lot since we last went about 2015 or so. Last night, the food was bussin', no cap. We had a delicious meal. There was barely any customers because we were early but yet the service was not too attentive and a bit slow nonetheless we were happy. The service is really nice.. I would go back again without waiting for many years next time around. Street Parking: Can be difficult depending on time of day and how far you want to be. We ended up about 8 blocks away and it was free parking. Ordered: Pad Woon Sen (stir fried glass noodles) Guay Tiew Khua Gai (stir fried flat noodles) Pineapple fried rice Kana moo krob (chinese broccoli and crispy pork)

We had an appetizer (roti massaman), a soup (Tom Yum), a salad (papaya salad) and a main (Pad Kee Mau). Each dish was excellent! Full of flavour. Portion sizes were very good too. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great experience overall!

Ive been looking for a good Thai place in the area and I decided to do delivery from this location. I was SOO excited to find Crab Rangoon with sweet and sour sauce but this was the spiciest I’ve ever tasted in my life. I couldn’t eat all of it which made me really sad. The chicken Pad Thai was good. Even distribution of chicken and eggs. Very well flavored. I just had to pause dinner because the Crab Rangoon was so spicy I couldn’t taste anything for a while.

This restaurant is a hidden gem in the Jackson Heights area. I came here with friends and we had such a good time. The food is sooo delicious! We enjoyed it a lot. Place is well decorated, clean and organized. The staffs are very friendly and polite. I believe it got a Michelin star in 2018.

Kitchen 79 has some of the best Thai food I’ve had in New York by far. Their selection and interpretation are both unique and authentic, and have made me a repeat customer for years. It is always a pleasant take-out and dine-in experience that meets expectations, even when introducing it to friends. Their Thai Iced Green tea is also an impressive game changer, I sometimes stop by just to pick some up!

They take a break around 4-5pm so avoid showing up at that time. Either go early or later. Been coming here for over 5 years and it's still one of my favorite Thai places. You can change the spice level on most dishes. I always go with mild. Thai iced tea 10/10 Pad kee mau 8/10 Khao soi 8/10 PECK GAI MAK KHAMIN TORD 8/10

One of the best Thai places in Queens (or NYC). The food was handled with care and made with fresh ingredients. Service was impeccable and the atmosphere is both inviting and beautiful. I had Salmon Three Sauce and my friend ate the Bangkok Pork Chop. Both were delicious. I would come back to try other dishes.

The menu is so authentic, everything is so flavorful and fresh. We really enjoyed the Khao Soi, Gaeng Kiew Warn, and Gaeng Tai Pla. Amazing balance of flavors with spicy, sweet, sour and savory. And the curry puffs were great too.

Just superb. Lots of dishes I haven't seen at other Thai restaurants. Everything was very well prepared, flavorful, and as spicy as I was warned about. Attentive service.

Super cute interior! When you walk in, the place feels very fancy! Food was good but my favorites were definitely the curry puffs and the Po Tak soup (not pictured). Also, I love how the drinks came in these huge jugs. The server recommended their new drink Lychee Thai Iced Tea and it was really refreshing (definitely on the sweeter side). Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the food and ambiance. Would definitely come back.

This was on the second stop of our food tour so we weren’t as hungry, but the food was still delicious and addicting, which is saying a lot. We ordered the kana moo krob (pork belly over greens) and the pad see ew with shrimp. Both were fantastic dishes. I’ll come back to try the calamari and basil fried rice.
