The area itself is a little busy, so I'd recommend ordering on the app that way there is no discrepancy between what you get and what you pay for (as others have gotten). The employees are very kind and take their time to make your drink well if you do order in person.
Ordered the Brown Sugar Milk Tea. Took couple mins and the area is really busy especially on the corner they’re located on. Had to get a snack on a side sense they have a card purchase minimum.

This is my to go Kung Fu Tea location since their bubble tea tastes delicious and it is located on my way to work. Though this place is tiny compared to other ones, the quality of the tea is amazing. If you're in the area, I'd definitely recommend you to at least try it!
On a busy hot Sunday the wait time wasn't too bad. Maybe 5mins.
Has been my favorite spot for a long time for a quick drink. They make drinks quickly and it's usually not crowded. There are many flavors and combinations out there that you can try to see which one is your favorite :)
I really like the tea here. It's no frills take out tea. There's no where to sit. But worked fine for a quick drink. There were many flavor and combinations besides the typical bubbles and milk tea. They had many options that didn't have milk. Also they had the option of half the sugar.
Very good flavor. Nice and tea-y. I got the coconut milk tea, would be better less sugar (70%). My girlfriend got the honey milk green tea. It's made with brewed green tea, not matcha. Comes very sweet. This one would be better half sweet (50%).
Easily 5 stars! Favorite spot for 6+ years, One of the only places dedicated to bubble tea that serves consistently amazing drinks. I come all the way from Long Island just to visit this spot!
