The Kitchen is the ultimate Flavor party in Jackson. From start to finish The Kitchen was phenomenal. The staff could not have been nicer. The food was absolutely one of the best meals we’ve ever had. The Tempura shrimp and raw Fish was amazing. So many flavors were popping off in our mouths. The Burger was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The bun was so fresh and the garlic aioli was delicious. The meat on the burger was cooked to perfection. It was a medium well burger but it still had lots of pink which didn’t disappoint me. Hats off to The Kitchen on a dinner well served. Highly recommend reservations and I highly recommend this restaurant. Cheers!
Delicious upscale dinner restaurant. Delicious! We got the smoked trout appetizer, tempura shrimp appetizer, cabbage salad, duck noodle stir fry, and cookie skillet with homemade ice cream. It was delicious and we would definitely return if in the area again!
Absolutely loved this place! Came in with my wife and another couple on Tuesday night and this place was hopping! The only negative thing I have to say is that we got seated pretty promptly and then forgotten about for about 20 minutes. When we finally got someone's attention we were rushed through the menu. Right then and there, we were told we had to order everything, from cocktails, appetizers, dinner and dessert. I was bewildered and not expecting much. I think our waitress was just an anomaly though, because the food was outstanding! Therefore I'm not going to let her get in the way of my rating...
We started with a couple of appetizers that included a shrimp dish and dumplings with chicken and peanut sauce. The dumplings were off the hook, but the shrimp were a little bit plain. I had a cucumber martini to start (when I ordered it, the waitress just stared at me for a second, told me she didn't think they had any cucumbers, ran off to look in the kitchen for two or three minutes, and then came back and said she could do it and then continued taking our dinner order - weird). Like cucumber martini was pretty good My wife had one of their specialty drinks and I got to say I wish I remember the name of the thing cuz it was darn good too! Our friends both had vodka martinis. Why do people drink vodka martinis? Martinis are supposed to be with gin! Anyway, appetizers were pretty good!
My wife and her girlfriend ordered salmon. It was huge, it was delicious. It was outrageous. It was a hit.
My buddy and I both had the scallops. My oh my... This boy was mighty satisfied. Those scallops came on top of rice dyed with squid ink. That was good stuff! My buddy liked that too!
We had a fine little bottle of French rosé that worked well for both the salmon and the scallops... Perfect!
Get a reservation. Get to The Kitchen. Don't be late. Don't hesitate. You'll thank me later! Just ignore any rude help!
Went to the kitchen on a cool rainy evening. We sat outside and enjoyed hearing the rain drops with a nice breeze. Was hoping this place would live up to the reviews and it definitely did! Food was fantastic. One of the better meals ive had in a while. Loved the creativity of the menu and the mix of flavors. Service was excellent as well. Had some questions about the menu and staff was very helpful. Overall fantastic experience and highly recommend!
One of the few upscale restaurants in the area. Modern farmhouse style decor, their outdoor seating was fun and could accommodate our big group of 12 easily. Servers were knowledgeable and friendly. We had some unique desserts and appetizers over there and would highly recommend the place
The shrimp tempura is consistently the best I’ve had. The peach salad is wonderful. The pork is perfectly cooked and tastes delicious. The scallops are beautiful, delicious, and perfect for someone looking for a light meal. The Ramen is absolutely delicious. I didn’t even realize it would count as a Vegan meal until we’ll after I had finished. All of the deserts are to die for, the cheesecake in particular is perfect. Overall a perfect place to eat. Lauren is wonderful and runs an amazing crew. My family and I can’t wait to come back.
We did not have bad bite or a bad interaction at The Kitchen. Everything was so immaculately presented and the flavors were so well balanced, I was genuinely blown away by this gem of a restaurant. Lauren and the whole staff was so attentive and their recommendations were on point. I would highly recommend the cheesecake to anyone, it's like a fluffy cloud. Thank you to everyone in the kitchen 👏👏👏
Rounding down from 4.3, and really just because the food was very, very good, but not extraordinary and so the value wasn’t there, taking the experience down a notch.
This is a well-run restaurant (part of the area’s Fine Dinjng group) and it’s interior space is interesting. Likely a sushi spot in a former life, it’s lighting is unique and worth a gander.
Super skillful service with a lean waitstaff and capable food runners. Our drinks were good, not great, and the entrees flavorful and plentiful. The apps were really good! We had three - gem salad, edamame salad and tomato/cucumber salad and they popped, especially that cucumber salad dressing.
The patio seats about as many, or more, as the dining room, but likely is a better experience as you won’t be looking at the inside of the bathroom while you eat. Don’t ask me why the door to the women’s room is not outfitted with a knob that shows vacant/occupied. I would do that immediately if I owned the place, so guests for whom the door is in line of sight don’t have to look at the sink and glaring light throughout their meals. (People leave the door 1/4 open to indicate vacancy.). It’s a nice decor in their, with penny tile on the wall which is cool, but given the orientation of the dinjng room, a fix to this would be good.
We loved our dinner at The Kitchen...everything delicious. My favorite was the the crab cake with aioli....one of best I’ve ever had! The halibut and red snapper entrees also excellent. Only somewhat disappointed with vegan cheesecake....not bad but not remotely close to cheesecake.
What a gem. Lovely outdoor patio and great food. We made a reservation online 15 minutes ahead and we’re seated immediately. Ethan was at our table within 30 seconds and then took amazing care of us throughout. The edemame hummus was a great starter. Our drinks were nice. Wife had the Al pastor which was spicy and fresh. I loved the Wilson IPA. The entrees arrived in record time. I loved the General Tso’s tofu and the wife loved the trout. All in all a great experience.

Delicious birthday dinner! 🥳 With a RESY reservation, we were seated immediately and greeted by a chipper waitress. Her knowledge of the individual dishes on the menu was very impressive and she was able to recommend perfect meals for both myself and my husband. We had the bao to start, short rib ramen, short rib dinner, and followed with a birthday sticky rice mango brûlée. The ribs were fall-apart tender and not too fatty. The rice was a little off, could have used a little more salt. The ramen was delicious, per my husband’s input. But what really topped the whole meal was the mango sticky rice Brûlée which is more brûlée than sticky rice. So creamy and smooth, with a tart kick in the mouth from the fresh mango, balanced with a sweet softness from the vanilla brûlée and sesame... And they put a candle on it!
While passing through Jackson Hole we stopped in at "The Kitchen" where the meal was great, but the Ahi Tuna Tartare deserves an honorable mention.
Ahi Tuna in some juicy sauce on Watermelon, topped with White Sturgeon Caviar. The composition of tastes and textures took our taste buds for a genuine spin. Try it!
Amazing meal from start to finish! The New Zealand Red Deer was scrumptious and so well prepared. The potato chip pie was a cross between a cookie pie and pecan pie with potato chips for saltiness but so good! Very unique meal overall and they had a 2 for 1 special when I was there for a I got a second meal for a donation to a charity which was a cool concept! Wait staff were very kind and the inside had a nice feel to it.
Food was great. Restaurant atmosphere was very nice too. Staff was friendly (we had kids with us).
This was by far our best meal in the Jackson Hole area. It was busy, but staff was trying hard to keep up and was friendly and helpful. We like to share and had the three salads, salmon, noodles, and shrimp tempura for four people, including two teenagers. All were amazing, but salmon was my favorite. It was the best I’ve had at a restaurant. Go for the cheesecake desert too!
If I could give 100 stars, I would. Absolutely the best food I’ve had in all of Jackson Hole, and commensurate with any Michelin starred restaurant I’ve eaten at. Hubs had the salmon; I had General Tso’s tofu. Both were amazing. Located just off the square and so worth the walk!
