All I can say is WOW! Have been coming to Jackson for about 10 years now and not since YellowStone Garage has there been such a spot that captures the essence of Jackson in its interior design, culture, food and beverage. Not to mention an incredible open space where at the heart of the restaurant is a massive wood-burning grill. Cocktails are killer, wine list is a great value, and the food....awesome. Try the wood smoked mussel dish, pastas rock, and a friend ate a killer steak. Only drawback....the music made me want to sing the whole time....A must if you are in town....

It's one of our favorite restaurants in the US! We're traveling from outside the country and sometimes it's hard to find restaurants like these. The food is more than excellent, healthy, fresh and very tastefull! We love the sharing concept and the portion size. For us it's like a hidden gem!

Celebrated my birthday dinner last night, and a few other previous special occasions here and each time the food has been delicious! It’s best to come with a group so you can order several items and share everything! Or go as a romantic dinner for two. Regardless, you will enjoy yourself! We will be back again!

I heard about this new place in Jackson... I've been coming here annually for 12 years & I always think of this trip as my little get away because of the culinary delights Jackson has to offer. I absolutely LOVE your place! The asparagus with prosciutto chips is to die for! Easily the BEST thing I've ever eaten. The roasted garlic spread is what drew me to you & it was everything I hoped for. Corey is a doll & an amazing mixologist! Ah-mazing!

Delicious!! Attentive and friendly service. Nice ambiance. My husband ordered the Bison with arugula and it was cooked to perfection and delicious. We both ordered the Caesar salad, which we could have ordered one and split. I asked if the anchovy could be omitted, but they couldn’t, I didn’t taste the anchovy at all. Best Caesar salad I’ve had in a very long time. I ordered the 3 Nonna meatballs and the taste and meat texture were spot on. The sauce was flavorful, I wish I had a piece of bread to sop it up. Nice experience!

Great atmosphere & even better service! Our waiter Bogdan did an amazing job at providing an exceptional experience ! Food came quick and it was delicious! We recommend the Fusilli Gigante and Tiramisu! Make sure to secure a reservation!

After telling several people that this meal was one of my top 3 experiences on our honeymoon, I’ve decided it’s only fair to write a review. Let me tell you… this pasta changed my life. When my husband asks what I would do to celebrate if we win the lottery, my response is, “go back to Glorietta’s and order multiple plates of pasta.” Everything about our experience was exceptional. The location is great, our waitress was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and the drinks were exceptional as well. Do yourself a favor and eat here!

You’re a stranger here but once 🍽️ Glorietta for the win with my first dinner in Jackson Hole. Serving up handmade pasta, fresh ricotta, and a classy vibrant ambiance, what more could you ask for in an upscale Italian trattoria? Here’s everything I dined & wined on ⬇️: 1️⃣ Whipped ricotta & truffle honey crostini 2️⃣ Yellowtail crudo 3️⃣ Spaghetti with a poached farm egg 🍷 La Miraja Ruche’ Di Castagnole Monferrato 2022 Obviously this food was just as good as it looks. It was the smoothest ricotta and the truffle not too much within the honey. The crudo was fresh and as a lemon lover, I was obsessed with the meyer lemon topping. Spaghetti + leeks = my new jammy jam. The food was fantastic. You must try the eggplant caponata..such delicious flavor!!. The meatballs are also really great. We had the creste di gallo and fusilli gigante and enjoyed both. Our waitress Vivian was spectacular. The restaurant was super busy but she was so calm and took great care of us. Definitely make a reservation before hand!

Excellent food and service! Staff was great! We were served by this wonderful server named, Jazz(?). Would recommend the bone marrow for sure! All of our pasta orders and the buratta were really good as well. Interesting as the server was very apologetic for not being very attentive to us (but in our opinion she was, and was great!). So, she comp-ed our dessert! 5 stars would recommend!

Hi there ! First timer to Glorietta here’s my thoughts. 1. Make a reservation, you likely won’t get a table otherwise 2. Food: I ordered the crostini, rainbow trout and bison. The food good but nothing gave me the “wow” factor that put it over the top. Dessert menu they offer two desserts and three dessert wines. The huckleberry ice cream is a must as it’s a local berry to the area 3. Service: food came out quickly and they cleared away our dirty plates right away.

We thoroughly enjoyed eating in the patio area, lovely atmosphere… Duck our waiter was relaxed and laidback, making us feel at ease but competent and extremely sharp in his mastery of the menu— he gave us clear and detailed impressions of what to expect with the dishes we were curious to try…. Demonstrating an obvious love of the menu, Italian food, and this lovely little trattoria. Favorites include the fire-roasted broccolini, which has a subtle rainbow of flavors brought out by the wood fire grill, the eggplant caponata— out of this world, *gave me chill bumps* sensual level good! And the pastas Creste di Gallo and Spaghetti were both so light, with masterfully balanced flavors like mint, or the wild mushrooms in the spaghetti. Finished perfectly with a densely creamy raspberry gelato.

Ambience, food, and bar seating was exceptional. I would highly recommend making a reservation ahead of time. We were lucky to get bar top seating for this dinner. The steak was cooked perfectly and the pasta made us want to order another dish. Go if you can! You won’t want to miss out
