My favorite place in Jackson Hole and possibly the world!! Kung fu movie's, great hip hop, excellent brew's, super cool staff , ask for Ernie, and the food is amazing!! Quoting the owner, "Wutang!". What else is there you need? Love.

The beer and the place itself is simple awesome. 5* I notice all the mediocre and worse reviews are from people who didnt have any of the beers. The Thai is cool and all but the Brewery is the showcase. It's Melvin's R&D lab and they crank out all sorts of grade AAA brew. Wayyyy better than Snake River. As good as if you walked into Alpine in San Diego or Knee Deep & Moonraker in Nor Cal.

My wife and I stopped in Jackson one night while traveling to Glacier National Park and being from Denver we love craft beer. A local in the area pointed us to Thai Me Up and we fell in love with this place! Probably the best place for late night food/beer in Jackson! Melvin beer is amazing! I have found places in Denver who sell and some bars who serve Melvin! LOVE MELVIN and THAI ME UP! A must try!

Super fun, relaxed atmosphere. We ordered a bunch of appetizers instead of a full meal and it was perfect. Beer is outstanding and a great selection. Service out of this world. Well done!

Pleasantly surprised that this was directly underneath my hotel room. Great food and some great, award winning beers. A must stop for beer lovers. IPA's, DIPA's, and even a TIPA. Reasonable pricing too. Don't think twice.

Spicey Eggplant salad is amazing! Thai spicey wings aren't too shabby either, lots of spice! It paired nicely w the Bliss Orange Pale.

Great beer selection. The food is just amazing, fresh and delicious. Great service and atmosphere. This is a must-visit place even if you don't particularly like thai food. Well deserved 5 stars.

Hands down one of the best curries I've ever had! Seems a bit odd at first to have a Thai place that also makes it's own brews (Melvin Brewery), but Thai Me Up somehow makes it work! We loved the place so much we were back 3 times for dinner in one week. They have an unbeatable happy hour from 5 to 6 where you can order a full meal for around $10 and a $3 beer. The Skid Curry with tofu and General Thai's from the happy hour menu were both excellent. They also have specials Monday through Wednesday with burger or sub and beer for a fixed price. Yes, the curry is spicy so if you can't handle spice then don't order it. We tried many items on the regular menu as well and would highly recommend TMU greens salad, spring rolls, Pad Thai, G-13, and Red Curry with any of the protein additions. Everything was so delicious and the beer was outstanding. With such a vast selection of brews, they definitely have a beer on tap for everyone.

Great Thai restaurant. Both dishes we got were super tasty and delicious. The portion was also good. The dishes are a little overpriced for not containing any protein (it’s between $3-$5 more to add) but at least they were generous on the amount they added. Friendly staff and good ambiance.

Cool place. The spring roles Always look bigger in the pictures but they are literally tiny and the size of a quarter and taste like they were frozen and then cut when defrosting. Yellow curry was good. We got the bamboozled and that was fun. Giant 40 oz fish bowl drink on fire. There was a super drunk guy next to is at the bar and that kind of made the experience not as fun. He was a little out of control and obnoxious but the staff was good at trying to get him out of there as quickly as possible without causing any more issues. They are one of the only restaurants in town that seems to be open after 10.

We randomly decided to try this place while we were in Jackson as we love Thai food. We had to wait a while in a long queue to get in. The awesome vibe and food compensated for it.We ordered spring rolls, Pad Thai and Spicy fried rice. The spring rolls looked vibrant and was a treat to eyes but it didn’t excite me much in terms of flavor. The pad Thai and fried rice were bursting with flavors and felt so fresh and overall i could tell it was one of the best meals we had during our trip. The staff were super friendly too.Would love to visit again.

I don’t see any Thai faces here, so my expectation is not high. Drinks are better than food. Limited menu. Taste good. Pride is also reasonable.

Thai Me Up is a restaurant technically inside of Melvin Brewing, one of the 4 breweries on Jackson. It has a very eclectic mix of foods to choose from, which includes burgers and cheesesteaks - both of which are absolutely delicious. There is usually a wait to eat here since it's always packed, but it's worth the wait.

Wonderful dinner. Started with the Shishito peppers. Mild heat with the squeeze of lime. Really good. Then ordered the Tom Kha Gai. Really nice soup. Warms the soul on a cold night. Knew I wouldn't be able to finish it, but wanted to try the Khao Soi Curry. Really good dish with those crunchy fried noodles. Rest to go. Portions large. Only little gripe. In the chilly months, winter, it'd be nice if you offered Hot Green or Jasmine tea. Be nice to have with dinner or lunch when cold outside.

Just lovely. The food was of course delicious, but the outdoor seating was beautiful. Service is great and the beer fantastic. I travel quite a bit and was genuinely surprised to get good drunken noodles in what I thought was the middle of nowhere. Cannot recommend it enough!

The fried rice and drunken noodles are little different from the traditional thai restaurants. It seems little pale and less spice as compared to other dishes. The thai red curry was good though. It is a bar type setting so be prepared for little loud music.

A really fun place to go. Such an eclectic experience. A tuk-tuk imported from Thailand greets incoming patrons who are probably clueless to the authenticity. Three Caucasian ski-bro looking dudes working the open air kitchen (and totally shedding!). A strong roster of their own beers (try an MPA) and a fishbowl-type drink that arrives in flames (the Bigglesworth). The food: still eclectic. There's Thai fusion, there's burgers, authentic Thai, and more. Everything we had was truly delicious. We ate Tom Kha Goon soup, General Thai chicken, Kowabunga rolls (a fusion take on spring/egg rolls), shishito peppers (I've never been served such a massive amount of these - see pictures), and left for $61 (minus tip - which was generous). They aren't shy with the heat which the menu clearly states because that's authentic. Awesome mix of young kids eating and older folks enjoying the food. There's a separate bar area with open seating or a dining room. The music was also a pretty hilarious mix from Gotye to Snoop Dogg. Can't wait to return!

Food was very good. Service was a bit disorganized, but overall very pleasant dining experience. Even if there’s a long wait (which there probably will be with tables blocked off inside for Covid), you can still enjoy a beer out front while you wait. Perfect combination of brewery and Thai restaurant.

Pretty nice restaurant in Jackson hole. The flavors were amazing and the menu had options to satisfy a pretty wide gamut of taste pallets. One downside was that they delayed the order by almost 40-45mins.

It was good, the crispy Brussel sprouts were really good, but the drunken noodles was ok, not as good as many Thai places I have been
