Really good selection of pastries. Jackson continues to surprise me. The chef/master chocolatier seems to have won quite a few awards and accolades internationally. Service is excellent and the food is delectable.
I'd like to give it a 4.5. The food was extremely tasty. The ambience and service were strange to rough. I'd give them a break because this is their backend location, but the only spot where you can get the delightful crepes.

Such a large variety of desserts! They are soo yummy too! They also serve espresso, coffee, hot chocolate, etc.
Amazing place for desert! Very unlike what I am used to. I usually do not like gourmet or overly presented foods but this place... There's a reason I never go right after a paycheck. Always good always fresh always an epicurian delight!
The most wonderful patisserie and chocolate. Very small unit with a few tables inside and out. I challenge you to try a cake and not walk out with many others to try!

Beautifully crafted desserts with an even better taste! So much time and love is put into each piece, you can definitely taste it! Somewhat expensive but considering all of the time that is put into the work, it is completely understandable and could even be called cheap! Great people, great atmosph
We got egg croissants to begin with and they were melt in your mouth delicious. We also ordered a chocolate mousse crepe and a coconut crepe and, as someone who has had a LOT of crepes from a lot of places and big cities- these were the best crepes we ever had. Also their macarons are made fresh in

Superb work!! We were very impressed with the desserts, ambiance and coffee! It’s a must stop for anyone traveling to Jackson Hole. The young gentleman who served us today around 12:00 noon gave excellent customer service as well.
The real deal in Mexican chocolatiers. Staff cares and is so accommodating. Coffee made to order, and pastries flaky and wonderful. Don’t forget some bonbons to go — top quality chocolate.
Ordered a Balance Entrement cake for my daughters 15th birthday. It was as delicious as the cake I ordered from Atelier Ortega for my baby shower 15 years ago. The cake was a perfect combination of a myriad flavors and a marvel to look at. I have never, ever had a better cake.

Oscar is amazing! Best chocolate, best desserts, and best hot chocolate ever. I keep buying tins of his Mexican Hot Chocolate blend; it's my favourite holiday treat. His pineapple terrine is to die for.
